Fundamental Finger and Thumb exercises. These are useful to restore full mobility and strength of your fingers. These dysfunctions can be due to sports injuries or arthritis.
1) ROM/Flexibility Exercises - Flexion, Extension, Abduction and Adduction
2) Thumb ROM/Flexibility Exercises - Flexion, Extension, Abduction and Adduction
3) Finger and Thumb Strengthening exercises - Flexion, Extension, Abduction and Adduction
4) Strengthening/Resistance exercises with Tennis Ball, Rubber bands, Powerweb.
