Actually I have never been any kind of a fan of our candidates for European Song Contest.. I am a Finn though.. But this.. this one I just love! I love the character, "Käärijä" who is such a lovely person and the mixture of the different genres of music is absolutely fantastic! I am a fan of techno and dance music so I am so proud of Käärijä and the whole group! I wish them luck so much to the competition in Liverpool! I wish I could be there in May! The audience will be so excited ❤

I don't care if Käärijä doesn't win, this is just so great on stage, I love it to bits! The chaotic energy is off the charts 🤪 I've listened to this in the mornings and wow, don't even need coffee anymore! 😄 I know Loreen will please the more vanilla masses, so it'll probably win.

This is just crazy good. The song has rap, rock, teq, and pop all of the sudden just genius. This is whats alll about. Makes you wanna dance, makes you happy and it's unique as hell. Every other song is like a sleeping pill compared to this.... Winner 100%

He is singing about how he feels exhausted after a long week at work, and gets few Pina-Colada's at the bar...Starting to relax and dancers are repping while he's getting tipsy and finally lets it loose! All his fears are gone after breaking the ice and he just enjoys at the dancefloor! Amazing performance! 3 genres of music in one performance...this is THE BOMB!

This is such a proper Finnish, wonderful party music. Finns are notoriously shy, so at the end of a hard work week it's sometimes nice to go out and relax. And sometimes after a few beers, the dancing feet start to flutter and you feel relaxed. Even the conversation goes well in Chinese when necessary. It feels like you could hug the whole world. Definitely not feeling shy anymore. And after the weekend, you can handle it again at work 😁 When you listen to this, you'll be in a good mood. Definitely a Wrapper for Liverpool. Cha Cha Cha 🤩

Hahaha I’m sure I’ve been to that nightclub as well hahaha 🤣. The more I listen to it, I love it. The audience will be going Cha Cha Cha in Liverpool. He seems to get out the aggression in the first half then we see a softer side to him in the second half of the song and he’s not bad to look at either.

Hello from Finland! 🇫🇮 So the song is about the finnish drinking culture, how guys dont usually dance before they've downed a few drinks. Then in that drunk euforia you just feel like you're on top of the world, you can finally relax and really let loose. It's kind of sad really, that the culture here is like that, that you just cant unwind without drinking but I do love the song!

It has actually good lyrics. It doesn't highlight alcohol drinking, more like otherwise. You should be able to dance and be yourself without alcohol too :) But in Finland, it's usual that you need a couple of "pina coladas" able to relax.

I agree. First I was like, oh great, a song about drinking alcohol, but it’s not - I’d even say the lyrics are highly personal, he’s showing a lot about who he really is through both lyrics and performance. I think it’s about feeling the pressure, perhaps being a bit shy and knowing your limits, but wanting to push through and have a good time, for real. He’s giving a lot of himself in this song.

The short explanation is that the song is about going out to a club and drinking and dancing. He mentions Pina Colada and champagne. (There is more to it but that's the short version). My favourite song so far. 🥰

It’s more about the internal struggle of a shy, reserved man. He wants to feel free to be himself (and dance) without fear of judgement. When he’s had enough to drink he can break out of his shell and have some fun. I think Käärijä is saying we shouldn’t be afraid to be ourselves, even if we sometimes look silly or make mistakes.

Käärijä - an alternative character created by Jere Pöyhönen - is, I feel, singing about a very Finnish thing that is shared by a lot of folks. He feels awkward in the nightclub after a bad week and is downing pina coladas to build up "Dutch courage". The Cha Cha dancers are trying to pull him into the dance floor. Käärijä then breaks through his timidity and ends up on the dance floor - where the music changes.

the lyrics tells about a man, who has weeks on end been at work, and would like to let loose. He needs few drinks more in order to step on the dance floor. It's fun for us here in Finland, since we here are not shy, but quite apprahencive about anyone or anything. :D
