How is the smoke wired up? You have a smoke, pull and fire alarm? I see the alarm went to the nac and two other wires in the zone but it doesn’t help me because I’m wondering how you wired the pull and smoke to the panel
Question: is this just to alert the person who owns the system or does it also alert the fire department? I just moved into an office that already has this installed and setup, but I'm not so sure about that basic part.
As for your system I cant answer that. I can tell you that you sould call a monitoring company and have them install a dialer. It is fairly inexpensive and with monitoring it may even be free. I recommend you call an alarm company and have them verify it is in good working order and ask them. Sorry I was not able to help. I wish you luck in your new place!! Thanks for watching. CM
