This is my favorite video game song hands down of 2019 so far. I can talk for days about how much I love this song and everything about it. I just love how easily it grooves with still being rhythmically interesting. It was an absolute must cover for me after the first listen. I really suits what I love in a song, a verse that just slams and a chorus that just sings.
This past week I finished my first playthrough of this game and I have not a single time in recent memory been so fast to pick it back up. I'm so invested in every character that I just have to know by my own hands how everything turns out in the other paths. Super excited. My first playthrough was Black Eagles and married Bernie and I'm pumped to see the other path as well as the other houses.
I really put a TON of time into the mix on this one. Since I'm so passionate about this song, I wanted to give it my all. This is pretty much my peak sound at where I'm currently at with my tones and samples and will be really hammering away at this template from here on. Hope you like it!

For me this will go down as one of the best battle themes in gaming. Something about it really just hits all the marks for me that make a good high energy and melodic fight song. Hope you guys like what I do with it, I had so much fun working on it! If you want a recomendation to continue the franchise i recomend one of the old ones like binding blade or it's canonical prequel blazing sword, also awakening and Echoes for the 3DS 😉

There's always the mobile game, fire emblem heroes. It's free to play, and while there's a few major changes - namely the gacha system - the battle system is still very similar to the main series, and there's constant updates all the time. I'd say it's not a bad place to start getting into the series.

I recommend playing a pre Awakening title first, then this one unless you want to play the 3ds titles. You'll get spoiled by 3 houses and probably wont enjoy the old games if you play houses first.

The three games I usually recommend for new players are Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones, Fire Emblem Awakening, and Fire Emblem: Blazing Blade, but honestly I think Three Houses topped all of those for me. I've also heard Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn are good, but I haven't played them yet, as well as the fact that if you don't emulate them, it's quite a pricey purchase...

B.E.1997 I’m 140 hours into the game on my third playthrough and still not tired. Heck I do the aux battles just so I can listen to some dope music. This game’s OST is fire.

Three Houses has become my newest obsession, which is impressive for it being my first FE game. Already cleared two routes (my first also being Black Eagles) and moved on to the Blue Lions. While Fódlan Winds does play a lot in the early game, that’s a good thing because it is a very good song. Now if you’ll excuse me: WE SHALL BURN TOGETHER!

I only got to hear this in the first battle of the game and the Tetris 99 theme thing that happened last weekend, but I am very impressed at how it sounded for an early game listen. Can't wait to hear the rest of the OST. Great job translating it into this cover. I can tell you really put a lot into the mixing on this.

Holy shit dude, that was absolutely spectacular. It feels so good to hear that you’ve enjoyed Three Houses so much. I know you’ve already done two Fire Emblem covers, but it would be great to hear some tracks from the previous games, like Awakening. I highly recommend giving Awakening a play through as well. The music is absolutely fantastic, and the characters are great!
