Firecraft 101 Series: Chemical: Potassium Permanganate with Glycerin on Cotton
This is a great demo fire with a group of students. The chemical reaction of the potassium permanganate and glycerin (also works with sugar and automotive antifreeze. I added a few wood shaving at the end of the video for flame.
