That Sargent Z is the prime example of what a law enforcement officer should be , short and sweet and right to the point, your either breaking the law or ur not
@@TTA42800 Great style, man! You're SOOOO much more patient than me! The first cop now has a much better understanding of private vs public space and what entails trespassing. One at a time, man. One at a time...
Well done, Sgt. Z! He was amazing! Just plainly stating this is public, you are in public, there's nothing unlawful happening here. Really, it seemed like Sgt. Z was a little annoyed that he had to educate these public servants. Which is totally understandable. Clearly, there should be 1st Amendment training for these and all public servants instead of wasting the time of law enforcement to come out when there is no crime. Great work, TTA!
It sure looks that Srg Z is well informed. He even tried to educate them but ran into opposition especially the female manager! I wonder wether It would be within Sgt. Z right to arrest her if she continued to oppose lawfull activity. If not, we the people needs to organise and advocate to the legislators to make opposing legal activity a criminal offense . It seems to me it will fit well with disturbance ordinances! It would be gratifying to see her placed in handcuffs and to jail for a quick education! That would surely tame her ego forever!!
The last officer was a freaking boss. He walked in and wrapped up an hour long thing in a matter of minutes. That's the difference between a cop that actually wants to resolve an issue/keep the peace and the cops who claim they're just trying to resolve things, but are actually just trying to violate people's rights and lie ab the law to try to intimidate people into surrendering their rights willingly. Hands down, the best cop I've seen in an auditing video. I'll take firm, but fair, no nonsense over the pretend Mr. Nice guy who acts like your buddy, but then goes to the back and tells the employees you're just there to start trouble.
@@TTA42800 The ONLY mistake you made was at the end when the Lt asked "Is there anything else I can do for you" you should have said "YES....educate that first officer, because he was fixing to trespass me from this public building."
You don’t know how he is in different areas of the law. The only reason he was like this is because his boss told him that TTA is to be left alone and doing nothing wrong. But let that cop find you and stop you on another reason and see if he is as good at protecting your rights or breaking them to make a charge
Because so so many females run these places like it's their own private business. I see it all the time mostly from women who have government jobs. And what amazes the crap out of me is, they get away with it all the time! The whole system is so broken I can't believe it.
I can get down with that Sgt. That is EXACTLY what an educated cop looks like! You know what, I apologize...allow me to address the man with the respect he has earned. What I meant was, "that is exactly what an educated Law Enforcement Officer looks like!" 🙂
You are brilliant!! This is my second video I’ve seen of yours. I’m in Rolling Meadows and would love to see you do an audit in Palatine or Rolling Meadows!! Keep it up and standing for our rights!!
Yes. We can absolutely refuse to take help/assistance from a particular person who has been rude. You do not have to tolerate a person who has been rude to you.
That lady played that blatant rude attitude part as if that is here practice and field of training. The way she used the word combative or whatever, trying to imply acts of violence simply based on people saying no to her or the rest of those type employees who think they own the public.
@@Youhaverights6 she even argued with Surgent Z when he tried to educate them on First Amendment right! She would do anything to get her way! Funny that she brings out the word combative. Looks to me that that word comes up alot in her conversations and she gets called out on it alot. This case she wanted to beat the auditor to it! Reverse psycho here!!
@@Youhaverights6 Agreed!! She called the law enforcement and when they didn't enforce her feelings, she tried to argue with them about the law! Her personality fits very well with a diagnosis of grandiosity!
It is funny how they never want to argue semantics when they know they are wrong. That answer must be taught in cop school. And can you even imagine being in a relationship with the rude one. She even talked over the cop.
Sgt. Z said what he meant and meant what he said!!! That clip should go to EVERY training facility across America!!!! Shout out to the young ladies who held it down PROFESSIONALLY ( Queen in red and Katrina) GREAT AUDIT TTA🦾 Keep on keeping on educating the public 👑 🏆 Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I've got to say, this is one of the best audits I've ever seen. Professional and knowledgeable. Great job, sir! SJVT sent me, subbed! 🇺🇲👊 I have to add, great job Sgt. Z!
Kudos to Sergeant Z! And it’s ridiculous how they say you were interrupting business when no one else was there and then they closed the office so no business could be conducted if someone were to arrive. They’re like kids who take their ball home with them when they don’t get picked to play.
The way you handle theses audits is A1. The cops need education most of the time as well and I like how you don’t let them get by with their BS talking points.
Thanks to San Joaquin Valley Transparency, I found your channel. I love discovering new auditors and I also love seeing auditors who have found the auditing style that works best for them. Please continue to hold our public servants accountable until cops like Sgt. Z. are the norm.
27:27 the sergeant knows what's up, thank goodness. Wow, we have come a long way in 15 years of PINAC, hopefully in another 15 years 90% of LEO's will be acting right. Its going to take work. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
The best line I've ever heard in an audit is, "Violate my Rights, please! My Attorney's hate cops because you did this to them and I'm not breaking the law." The reaction from the cop was priceless.
@@kevinriley4362 I'm subscribed to just about all , basically it's all I watch but you're right Bay area San Joaquin I mean rago monkey they're all pretty darn good
Brother!!! Excellent job 👍🏿 This was a buffet for the people who watch FAA It had all the ingredients of how an audit should go. It boggles my mind the lady didn’t think she was rude. Madam you are the worst kind of rude person. The kind that wear their rudeness like a badge of honor. Excellent job bro 👍🏿 If this was baseball, that was a walk off home run ❤
Bruh, I've been binging on your videos, and I have to say, I absolutely love how You stand Your ground while intelligently articulating your standpoint 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This has got to be one of if not the very best FIRST AMENDMENT AUDIT I have seen and I have watched thousands. Good job patriot brother. Keep up the good work. You are at the top of your game and new auditors should watch you at work and learn. Hell some of the established ones can learn from you. 👍
Sergeant Z. Deserves a raise! And it would be wonderful for him to hold classes for officers all over the country that don’t understand citizens right!
I’m so amazed by the reactions and production that people have over a harmless camera. The rudeness and fear they exhibit is way above normal behavior. You have much more patience than I when they start barking orders. They shouldn’t even have a sign in sheet!! That’s ridiculous to say don’t photograph the sign in sheet! Having sign in sheets they set themselves up! People are so strange and lack common It’s there and anyone could use their eyes and a pen to write whatever they want. Covid has given them an excuse to be even more controlling with citizens. Even the police have no idea between public and private!
SJVT sent me here Sir. As a veteran, I am sincerely pleased to have found 1A auditors of all races, colors, creeds... STANDING UP FOR OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!!! God Bless You Sir. Happily subbed. Continue shining the light of TRUTH!!
Top Reviewer rates those rude housing authority employees a D for obstructing your investigation and causing a disturbance when doing so. F to the employee with the beard. A+ to the officer and Sgt. who defended our first amendment rights.
Sgt Z is a hero. A man that upholds our constitution. He fights for our rights. No wonder he is a sgt. Hope his lnowledge and professionalism trickles down to his officers
Thank you VERY much TTA, you are a masterful educator. We the People are headed down a pathway that leads to general tyranny, and education, both of bureaucrats and of the public, is the answer. I pray that God richly blesses you Sir!
Wow the sgt was exactly how every officer is supposed to be, across the country. Educated on our rights, taking our rights seriously without glossing over the position of the auditor and educating the public servants. Here’s a good start to “Making America Great” (for the first time in its history)
It helps more than people even realize. These women make easy and good money and need to do their duty the right way and OFFER full transparency. It is THE. ONLY. WAY. FORWARD. Or we won't make it.
