I could tell Jimmy didn't know what he was doing when he only seasoned one side of the butt and then drizzled oil AFTER the salt & pepper. 1) You need more than salt and pepper to season. 2) Putting oil on after the seasoning means your seasoning is going to fall all off of the protein. 3) I took Jimmy's cooking as more comedy than actual chef work. I KNOW he didn't make that mac!

This was HEELARREEUS! “It was seasoned and tasty!” Tariq bbq’d salmon is totally BBQ official. But we gonna act like Jimmy only used the BBQ grill to brown his pork butt in a skillet then put it in a instant pot 😐 😂😂😂 And for the record Mac and cheese TOTALLY belongs at a Cookout. Around these parts you BETTER have it 😂

I was confused about mac 'n cheese not being a side dish @ a BBQ. Maybe bc it's a hot food item and most sides @ a BBQ are chilled/cold like coleslaw, potato salad, etc. Idk. That's a new one. No mac 'n cheese @ a BBQ?
