Tariq, you had me at the krout. San Francisco street hot dogs 🌭 I always got krout! Funny how the kids seemed to poo poo the Spaghetti O's but made it the winner. But then, they seemed over excited and like typical child actors, is some ways. 💁🏼‍♂️ 😂😂😂😂😂 Thanks to you both. 😘😘😘

I'm pretty sure I would have picked Tariq's but that sauerkraut is a gamble. I wonder what percentage of Americans enjoy it (kids and adults). The beer taste boil was a flavour gamble too. I hated the taste of beer as a kid. I love sauerkraut, but with truffle oil? The flowers were great. I'd love to see this format with Questlove too. And if they could get a couple of chefs to compete, like the EMP Chef who's been on before vs. Chef Esther Choi or some other New Yorker. Could be hot dogs all over again, or other sandwiches (yah, I said it, hot dogs are a type of sandwich, people). Best PBJ? Club? Judges can be adults or kids.

Both hot dogs sucked. You could see the kids expressions changed when they hit the Spaghetti-Os. Yuck. And the split hotdog just popped out. For kids, ketchup, mustard, maybe the Doritos but much finer so they wouldn’t fall out. Believe it or not, kids hate messy food. Better to have a thinner dog that stays put and a soft bun. The other one with truffle oil and sauerkraut would also not be something kids would like. Truffles are an acquired taste as is sauerkraut. And the bun was too hard and it all fell apart. Epic fail. Jimmy was because his was the lesser of two evils. They should make thinner hot dogs and buns for kids. Their mouths aren’t big enough for a real dog.
