Every one of these firefighters are HEROS. When you see them racing to a call move the f*** out of the way. Seconds save lives. they enter with flames and heavy smoke pouring out of windows and buildings. We owe these men and women our gratitude. Great job.
Dale does not understand or comprehend what firefighters encounter each day. You do not calm down when you are saving lives every day. ALL firefighters at the scene have a function to perform. It is not 10% but rather 100%. These men and women first responders are true HEROS.
@@joromain2939 did you know that all female firefighter will be assaulted on the job and at shift parties...I've had to testify against firefighter that u call hero.. firefighter run into burning building because they think they are going to heaven if they die
Too many people have no idea just how hard it is to get a line in service this high up in a building, and the resources to do so efficiently and effectively.
Great catch and great job FDNY! I think this is the first highrise job I have seen where instead of FDNY taking every window out they removed burglar bars, ac window units, and closed windows to keep lower ventilating smoke out of upper apartments 🙂🙂🙂
In NYC, it seems like many fires in multi story buildings, the firefighters have to work around scaffolding. Is the whole city under repair all at once?
It sure seems like it. A lot of buildings in NYC are old, and the facades are crumbling, therefore the scaffolding. If there is a slight chance a piece could fall they are required to put up scaffolding. Also it can take forever to find someone to do the work that's needed.
FDNY sure is good firefighters I never knew there was a Brownsville Brooklyn there is Brownsville town all over the United States I live in Brownsville Indiana.
It's a small section of town in Brooklyn. Like for an example I live in Connecticut there's a town called Broad Brook with in a town called East Windsor.
