Maybe my eyes are playing tricks, but I swear some characters (non elephant power up) have slower entrance and exit animations for side pipes.

When it comes to Sonic Superstars on PC, I must say that he's right, the loading screens drop frames, but after that, the game runs fine (RTX 4070, i7 9700k 32 Ram).

That's not on PC. That is on an expensive ass PC, there is a difference. Most people aren't running those specs

You could hold crouch with the jet badge to get some control. At least then you're still moving, but at crouched speed.

Does anybody know why he skipped the wonderseed in the bullrush level in world 1 of 4 star difficulty? Cause he could have 14 by then, but he went on to do the space hippos level? Is there a strat that you have to get the special world or something? Edit: it was for the jet run

I don't get this....Ryu was doing a NORMAL first playthrough of 100%ing the game, how is he also doing a speedrun? He hasn't even beaten the game yet. I thought he's do this junk AFTER he finished the game? I want episode 2 of his playthrough!

@@azytza I don't know how he managed a 100% playthrough that quick. Pay full price for a game that took many years to make ,and 100% it in like 2 days lol...I'm doing 100% in my playthrough, but only doing 2 worlds a day. Least I'll get 4 days of play out of it lol.

I'll always be amused when people pridefully claim they invented something, when in this case what Ryu actually means is that he found something a dev planned. The very moment I found that I could jump on a bubble, I was like "Oh, well I guess I can get infinite height with this".

One of the best Mario games ever imo, love the art style. Wish it wasn’t easy asf (its still fun though) and we had an option to have the yoshi’s to play like regular characters but overall? Fun stuff.

@@IrregularHunterDash I disagree. The art style is just cheap do-overs of past games. Yes very easy and boring. Lame power ups. The elephant thing is dumb. Just no real thought or energy. I give it a 2.7 out of 10
