Great video, thanks for sharing. I was about to buy an older W&H 154, but for not much more i could buy the W1812 which i may do soon. It looks like you are located in Pleasant Hill CA, i work right next door in Walnut Creek.
thank you! I looked at a new w&h but shipping cost were about 400$ I decide to go with the w1812. Bought it from Home Depot website and free shipping . The machines are identical. Also the radius template for the shop fox is a slick option for doing stain grade Mouldings. It’s loud as a thickness planer. But I don’t use it for that.
@@mikecrobinson83 I could have purchased a WH 154 for $1,000, but it was old and single speed, so, i just ordered a W1812, should arrive in early December, im looking forward to making an elliptical mirror with the radius template. I don't need to use it as a planer either, i have 3 of them! 🙂
