This is the SolidGoldFX AURRAS Optical Vibraphase, a perfect sonic marriage between classic syrupy sweet analog modulation tones and modern digital amenities.
The Vibraphase lives somewhere between phaser, uni-vibe and vibrato, giving you old-school swirl and twirl for days, while its dual LFO design lets you unlock trippy contemporary tones as well. Mix that with Tap Tempo, Expression control and momentary Ramp features and you’re ready to bridge the past and the present in one fell swoop.

It’s not really a Uni Vibe. It’s an Optical phaser. It’s like the one they used to sell. I’m sure it gets close to Uni Vibe sounds, but it’s a two stage phaser. It’s not the Strat that matters. I really doubt Stephan is busting out Hendrix riffs, or the basic things a lot of folks use, to demo Uni Vibes. 😄 I’d actually like to see him play a Strat.

@@CorbCorbin Just go back to the early days of the channel and you'll see me play a Strat. Used to own a signature Simon Neil Squier Strat. Great guitar

Cheers, man! No, it doesn't have any preset capabilities. But it's a very straightforward pedal. Easy to tweak on the fly, plus it has tap tempo, ramp functions and expression in for speed, so you can do quick adjustments while playing.

I never usi univibe on my strymon mobius. Ah for me univibe is just too invasive towards the sound... Too muddy allthough beautiful at times. I enjoy normal heavy detune vibrato a lot more

It might be a bit of a sin for me as a canadian pedal head to not own one of their pedals or Empress's pedals. After I get a Para EQ I should snag something from SolidGold

SolidGoldFX is easily one of (if not the most) underrated pedal companies out there. Highly recommend you get some of their gear. It's so insanely well built, and the sounds are always rich in creativity and quality.
