Clay is getting older and isn't the player he was a few years ago. That is not a knock on him, he was a great player for a long time. IMO his best years are behind him. He can still be a great piece in the right situation. Kawhi has been wasjed for a few years now. He plays great when he plays, but he doesn't play enough games to have a serious impact. Kawhi is not worth a max deal and any team that give him that has lost their minds. You pay a player for what they will do during the current contract, not what they did 6 or 7 years ago.
What has PG and Kawhi contributed after signing max deals? Klay came back off 2 major injuries and helped win a 4th ring. 1 bad year and it’s blow up the team 😂😂 they need to pay Klay

@08C6PaceCar He had a down year and still had a high fg% and 3pt%. He could be the 6th man of the year if he embraces that role. I won't disrespect Klay and call him washed up. His game has declined, and it's mental at this point for him to understand that he's older. Now he can get that "New New" that KD said LeBlaco is using and dial the clock back!🤣😅
yeah but he shuddered when we needed him most, he was hot and cold all year, it feels like we need a change. He did nothing to help us get into the playoffs and kept hoisting up brick after brick after brick after brick after brick after brick. We need to move on and get something in return.
