I like your organization system in your reload box. I think I will set up the same way next time I am working up a new load.

It's a great all around caliber. You can shoot the lighter varmint bullets all the way up to heavy match bullets in one gun.

Nice shooting. 95gr tmks are great bullets for factory twist barrels. I'm using them with H1000 in my 243.

Good video. You might consider shooting those groups round Robin style to spread out the effects of barrel heating and fouling across all the loads
@precisionriflejunkiesjimmy6587
Would you mind telling me how to do round robin style I am literally headed out today to test that exact same round but with 4350. I’d like to know how to improve my data!

Man super greatful to find your station, I just ordered these same bullets for my 6mm creedmoor and am pumped to try them against the Berger 105 hybrids. I’d love any advice or feedback I just started a channel with a more experienced shooter. I’m the beginner learning in the fly. Thanks again!

@243Outdoors 5 лет назад
No I have never shot a subsonic load in 243. You might look at some cast bullet loads.

This is a Savage Model 12 .243. It has the 26" heavy barrel. It's one of the earlier ones that came with the accu-trigger. It's a stock rifle. Pretty heavy, probably around 10 pounds. I have a Primary Arms 4-14x44 scope on it. In all reality the barrel should be about shot out. I have put over 1,000 rounds through it and I got it used.

Could they be shot out of a 22" 9.25:1 twist .243?
@243Outdoors
@243Outdoors 6 лет назад
Yeah they should be fine. Mine is a 9.25, 26" barrel, I have shot tons of 105g Amax bullets with no problems.
@burnemoutdoors7479
@burnemoutdoors7479 6 лет назад
They make 103gr amax dont they?
@243Outdoors
@243Outdoors 6 лет назад
They discontinued the 105g Amax when the ELD line came out. They have a 103g ELD-X (hunting Bullet), and a 108g ELD bullet.
