Bee gees three brothers born on the Isle Of Man 🇮🇲 of the coast of the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, the only band in history to have Written,Produced, and Recorded six consecutive No1 hits in a row, which was between 1977-79, also they had the best selling album in history until Michael Jackson brought out his THRILLER album, Jackson mentioned that his inspiration for THRILLER came from the Bee Gees, the brothers first and foremost always considered themselves songwriters before being vocalists, but they were phenomenal singers, The brothers have written many songs for famous artists and film,it’s estimated that they have written over a thousand songs,Bee Gees have been diverse in their songs over 6 decades, and have sold over 230 million records worldwide, they were also considered to be one of the greatest songwriters, welcome to the brothers who have a huge catalog of music, great reaction thanks 🙏
The Saturday Night Fever soundtrack was NOT a Bee Gees solo album so the Bee Gees NEVER EVER had the best selling album of all-time. And who cares what the child molester Michael Jackson thought of the Bee Gees? He couldn't play a single instrument or write out music notation for others to follow. He was just a singer, dancer, lyricist and child molester.
Heard this is a kid like 40 years ago it blew me way . Even now their vocals and harmonies are unmatched . There will never be another Bee Gees they were one of a kind !
It is not just Barry who sings falsetto, his two brothers Robin and Maurice (fraternal twins) can also sing falsetto, but just not for so long. Their harmonies are out of this world.
I am a homebound disabled veteran. It's just me and my cat, Remy. I discovered the reaction videos about a year ago and it's the only human connection I have. I'm so pleased I found your channel this evening Christopher! Thank you for sharing you - hugs from Texas. I'm almost positive your mom will know the Bee Gees (Bothers Gibb = BG) and their youngest brother Andy who had a mostly soi careerr. I get so tickled watching you guys react to the music of my generation especially the Bee Gees... real groups singing real music and giving , OMG such concerts!! Christopher, keep exploring and have fun on this adventure. I'm going to binge on your listed videos and catch up. Take Care All!!
Welcome to the wonderful rabbit hole of the Bee Gees. 50 years of hits. Try Staying Alive, Fanny be tender with my love, Love you inside and out, Jive Talking, Nights on Broadway, How Deep is your Love...that's just a few from their 70s period to start with. Great reaction...look forward to more Bee Gees 😊
Love your reaction. They are brothers Barry in the middle is the oldest Robin (no beard) and Maurice are fraternal twins. Wrote all their own songs and this song they donated all proceeds to UNICEF. You would enjoy How deep is your love, Kiss of life, I Surrender and Spirits having flown. Welcome to the Bee Gee rabbit hole❤❤❤❤
You are in for a treat. Almost five decades of songs from these guys and they were master's at reinventing themselves. They had a solo artist younger brother too. Andy Gibb on the Midnight Special singing, I Just Wanna Be Your Everything. Bee Gees, Fanny Be Tender With My Love. Nights On Broadway. Love You Inside Out. Kiss Of Life. Stayin Alive. Alone.
Your reaction is so good. I loved the Bee Gees. Alone is another good one, also I Could Not Love You Move, Love So Right, For Whom The Bell Tolls - soooooooooooo many different genres over so many decades. To Love Somebody, Gotta Get A Message to You, First of May, Words, Massachusetts - just pick a song - any sone - you won't be disappointed. They wrote so many great songs that were recorded by other artists - Olivia Newton-John 'Come on Over', Dionne Warwick 'Heartbreaker', Kenny Rogers/Dolly Parton 'Islands In The Stream'. Barry Gibb - love his voice whether natural or falsetto. Robin also had such a unique voice. I am so glad the channel and the music are helping you. I always enjoy watching others react to the music I grew up with and still love. Thanks for taking the time and effort to do these so we can be entertained.
Welcome to the wonderful world of the BeeGees! Welcome to the world of reactors. I am praying for you every day for your health and asking the Divine Physician, Jesus Christ to hold you in His arms. Love you
This performance from the brothers Gib was to raise awareness and funds for a UNISEF children’s charity, the Bee gees donated the proceeds from this song to the charity!
Great job 👏. I was born in 1962, and had four older sisters. So I heard a lot of The Bee Gees growing up in the 60s and 70s. They were truly an amazing one of a kind group. And brothers at that. Nice to join you in your discovery of them. You can’t go wrong with whatever you choose to hear next from them, whether their early or late music. But I would suggest, How deep is your love, or, Staying alive. Take care! Jim
@BurnitdownMediaOfficial Thank you for reacting to The Bee Gees! I subscribed because of this reaction. Please get on the Bee Gees’ Bandwagon!!! They are brothers: Barry Gibb, the lead and the oldest, Robin & Maurice are fraternal twins, 3 years younger than Barry. They started in 1958-2003 so you have decades of music to pull from. They not only wrote all their own music, but wrote and produced for other major artists! Unfortunately, Barry is the only one still with us. The twins have passed. Barry celebrated his 78th birthday & 54th wedding anniversary on 9/1/24. They also had a younger brother, Andy Gibb, who had a successful solo career so look into his music too! He was too young to join his older brothers at that time. Barry, by the time they recorded this record in 1978-79, had perfected his falsetto voice. His regular voice is a normal tenor. Some of my favorites are: How Deep is Your Love Staying Alive Jive Talking Fanny Be Tender Love You Inside Out You Should be Dancing Night Fever Nights on Broadway Love So Right
Glad to see you've discovered the Bee Gees. One of my all time favorite groups. I've been in love with them since I was five years old in 1970. They had so m any eras and so many different sounds, etc. probably the most versatile straight up top 40 pop band ever. Check out Nights on Broadway and Lonely Days, just to get a start.
In 1975, the Bee Gees began experimenting with falsetto (the higher pitches). The first song to showcase this was "Nights On Broadway" They continued using falsetto through the disco era and afterwards as well. Before 1975, they sang their songs in normal male voice range and after the disco era they mixed it up. Some of their songs they used falsetto on and not on others.
Bee Gees are the best group ever! I recommend “Love So Right,” “How Deep is Your Love,” “Fanny Be Tender With My Love,” and a million others. They have tons of amazing songs!
Most people tend to think of Disco and Saturday Night Fever with the Bee Gees, but they were so much more. Robin's voice was my favourite because he made me cry, when I first heard him sing 'Massachusetts' and that was it!
I was a teenager when they came on the scene. I have been a fan every since. They are spectacular!! Rare talent all in one family. I love and cherish my memories of them.
Just found you by accident and your reaction was wonderful. I have seen this song bring grown men to tears. You’ve only scratched the surface and will enjoy your journey with this wonderful group. Take care of yourself, from a Texas friend❤
Christopher, meet the incredible Bee Gees! I have a hunch your mom is already very familiar with their amazing music catalog and very likely a big fan. Take care. ❤
Loved your reaction. I love watching people's reaction to This SONG. My favorite song to reactions to besides Hallelujah by Pentatonix. You NUST watch that too. Want to see you in Heaven, call on the Name of the Lord
The amazing thing about Barry who sings the falsetto is that his voice is actually lower than the voices of his twin brothers (Robin, white shirt and Maurice, pronounced Morris). Barry is the oldest but the only one still alive. The twins are now singing with the angels!! Barry is a baritone while the twins are tenors. Barry discovered his falsetto with the song Nights on Broadway. It was originally recorded without falsetto and the producer listened to it and said, “it’s too bad one of you can’t scream in tune. Someone’s got to go out there and scream.” Barry volunteered and the 70s era of the Bee Gees was born! Barry recently released an album called Green Fields, it’s awesome but it’s not the same without his brothers. These boys started singing as youngsters in their bedroom and their mother thought they accidentally left the radio on. Mom opened the door to turn the radio off and realized she wasn’t hearing the radio!! Their first time performing on television was in Australia with a song that Barry wrote called “time is passing by.” These guys have a younger brother that performed on his own because The Bee Gees were already performing on their own in a group when their brother, Andy, was born. Andy was going to join the group but he died at the age of 30 from a heart infection and years of cocaine abuse. These guys wrote songs for others that have become massive hits as well. My favorite is “Immortality” written for and performed by Celine Dion! It’s beautiful! My favorite that they wrote for their brother Andy is, “Our love (don’t throw it all away).” “ Islands in the Stream” performed by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton is still the biggest selling country songs ever released and it was written by The Bee Gees. This is a massive rabbit hole that you’ve discovered!! Keep searching and you’ll find some amazing gems!! I love their 60s songs “To love somebody” originally written for Otis Redding but he died before he could record it, and “Massachusetts.”
New sub for a great Bee Gees reaction! They have so many different sounds - so many fabulous songs. You will have so many goosebumps. They also wrote 99% (an estimate LOL) of their songs. Be well ❤
I was born in 1964 the last year of the Baby Boomers. I am 59 years old and the Bee Gees are my favorite group and Elvis my favorite Singer. Please react to the Bee gees song Fanny Be Tender With My Love.
Just saw this and I did the whole recovery thing after my cardiac surgery.I wish you well with yours. As for the music,I've been a lifelong fan of many music genres from many eras.If you really want to explore the BeeGees, you have to get out of the Greatest Hits box..There is so much more to them than mid to late 70s..They had a career long before and after the small slice that was disco.
Saw them twice in the 70's. They are legendary. You want goosebumps listen to Teddy Swim's live MV I Lose Control and Chris Stapleton's Tennessee Whiskey. 🔥 🔥 🔥
Two groups dominated the charts here in the Uk in the 70's were The bee gees and ABBA. Abba had 9 no.1 songs from 1974-1980 and 20 other hits many top 5. You must start checking them out too.
This my first time tuning in ... loved your reaction... have you heard the Righteous Brothers; Unchained Melodies .. You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling... so fabulous..
They are the greatest sad Barry is the only one left I love listening to them They are my favorite The songs alone and night fever are good also you need to listen to all the beegees songs you will love them
1st off wishing you well and all the best health for you and your family 2nd i love love love how new people react to this masterpiece from the 70s your reaction was so amazing and perfect much love from Milwaukee and god bless sir new fan new subscriber !!!!
At least there are only one Paul Macca McCartney and one Sir Barry Gibb the greatest talented songwriters in the 20th Century - you must have to check for sure Stayin Alive, Fanny be Tender, Love you Inside Out and For Whom the Bell tolls all really spiritual experiences
New subscriber! Great reaction! Sorry to hear of your medical condition. As a Christian, I’ll make a point to be praying for your health and strength, Christopher! 👍🙏 And, yes, their falsetto (especially Barry Gibb in the middle) is off the chain! 😁 They are brothers. Robin Gibb is the more slender one on Barry’s right. Maurice is the one on the left. They are actually twins! Then Barry is the oldest. There was another brother, Andy Gibb, who went primarily into a solo career. Ironically the oldest, Barry, is the only one still living. They helped usher in, and were the “face” of, the 1970’s disco sound.
You've heard 'Stayin' Alive', I KNOW it! 👍 Check out 'Alone' for another sky-high falsetto masterpiece. The official video with clips of them in studio, meeting fans, and goofing around in home movies...upbeat and excellent!
Please also listen to the UNICEF concert version of this when the Bee Gee's handed the copyright to this song over to UNICEF for life. Too much Heaven earned the charity tens of millions of $/£.
Close eating window will eating real food and reducing carbs. Once you start eating enough fat you get into something called ketosis.. from there they’ll be days you’ll forget to eat because you don’t get hungry. At that point, your major fuel is ketones and not glucose. You don’t get the spikes and dips and energies from glucose, you get a steady, high energy state from fat. Once you close your eating window, took about six hours, you should try fasting for a day, don’t eat for 36 hours. After you do a couple of those you do a three day fast.. after a couple of those you do a five day fast. If you fast longer than three days, then you should look up re-feeding syndrome. don’t do any of this without researching it first. This is just advice. I used to be a nuclear pharmacist.
Get on the carnivore diet. I’ve been on it about 2.5 months and my four vision is healed. My gray hair is going away. Inflammation in the body has gone way down can turn my neck both ways fully. I am 60 years old and I could jump ropes 60 times in a row. Just eating this diet makes you better. After that, you have to start closing your window if you eat at seven in the morning and seven at night and in between then that’s a 12 hour eating window. Eating from noon to supper increases your testosterone and growth hormone from our 12 to 18 of not eating. I am doing an eight day fast right now so I haven’t had food for eight days. If you don’t eat, and your body gets into something called autophagy…. Which is a healing phase of the body that most people never get into. The Nobel prize was one for this about 10 years ago. No one‘s gonna tell you about it because no one makes money. I know you said you have kidney issues. The people that get on the meat eating diet have their kidneys get better. If your congestive heart failure is related to inflammation in your body then that will get better. Inflammation in the artery walls can reduce the diameter of the arteries. People that have gone on the carnivore diet have increased their artery diameters. Good luck.. We’ve been eating the wrong food our whole life. Vegetables have something called oxalate in them. They get on the nerves that probably cause MS, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s. In 1978 when they said go low fat, that was the mistake right there. That has cholesterol and cholesterol is the block of hormone in your body. This has probably caused. The mental issues were having right now. I got this new diet and I am now off antidepressants and there were issues too, but it has hell and is helped other people.
