We told ya, Home Free is the REAL DEAL, with a bit of a country flair. They can sing any genre of music, and do it well. I have heard that several of the members of Boyz2Men have had private conversations with members of Home Free...nothing else was said, but I imagine it was positive :) If you wish to hear an original, I'll suggest *DIVE BAR SAINTS* a cool chill song that is a few minutes of just great Home Free harmonies.

Tim is from East Texas, and is a true Basso Profundo. He has blown sub-woofers in concerts, and makes cameras vibrate with some of his notes. You can feel the floor vibrate in their concerts ... and he does it all so EASILY.

IMO, nothing will ever replace the original magic from hearing Boyz 11 Men sing this masterpiece, & I am so happy that Home Free, was able to keep the original integrity of the song, yet still inject their own magic, allowing us, to fall in love with it, all over again 💕 *I don't believe any other group, other than Home Free, could have pulled this off, & the fact that they are an a Capella group, puts them on a completely different level of skill & talent* 💕

First person singing Rob Lundquist (beard and glasses) tenor Second singing Austin Brown high tenor Tim Foust front row left side Bass 5 octave range Back row left Adam Rupp beat boxer Founding member) Back row right Adam Chance baritone 4 octave range. We call him Chance so we know which person we are talking about since there are 2 adams. He sings bass when Tim has the lead. They Also switch off and on with the bass in songs or do a double base in songs In older covers you will see Chris Rupp (founding member,) baritone he went solo in 2016 Sean from boys to men commented on this song. They were on the Sing Off in 2013 and won he was a judge and loved this group They are a country A Cappella group but as you can see with this song they can do anything Hope you continue to listen to Home Free its a huge and great rabbit hole over 150 songs to listen to and we will ve here to watch, listen, and guide you through everything Great reaction I subbed a few days ago :)

Here's a suggestion: put up a "holy shit!" meter... It seems like that might be a good indicator of how impressed you really are with a performance. The guys are left to right front row Tim Foust bass (long dark hair), Rob Lundquist(beard and glasses)tenor started the song and then Austin Brown( long curly hair) the sky high tenor. Back row left Adam Rupp the vocal percussionist and last but not least Adam Chance (Chance) who sings baritone. I don't know if you know but they were on the TV show The Sing Off in 2013 and they won. Shawn Stockman from Boys to Men was a judge on the show. I enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.

I get such a kick out out HOMEFREE reactions. They are truly amazingly talented! I’m in my 60’s and I can’t get enough of them. I’m waiting for them to come back to Canada for their rescheduled concert, I’ve had tickets from before COVID .Their coming in April. They’re live performances are so entertaining. Check out all their music. Christmas songs are how I found them. Oh holy night is beautiful. I think they did an amazing job of this song❤️

Sean Stockman was a judge when Home Free won the sing-off I believe it was 2013. The guy in the two tone jacket is Austin Brown. Lead is Rob Lunquist. bass is Time Fours beatboxer is Adam Rupp and. Baritone is Adam Chance😊

Hi, they have already done a couple of songs with the original artists. They did " American Pie" with Don Mclean and they did "Elvira" with the Oak Ridge Boys. These guys have so much talent it's scary.

That bass is Tim Foust, and he is from east Texas. High tenor is Austin Brown from Ga. Next is the lead on this song, Rob Lundquist, from Minnesota. The baritone is Chance from Alabama , and the beat boxer is Adam Rupp one of the founders, is from Minnesota. Love all of them. Tim is one of the deepest bases of all singers. They are the best.

Rob is main vocal (glasses) Austin is the other main vocal. Tim is base and he's from deep southern Texas. Adam is beat boxer, Chance is baritone. Check out their cover of Cosby Stills and Nash song Helplessly Hoping no beat boxing just them singing it's mind blowing.

Pretty amazing, right?!! Your reaction was LIT! One of the best I've seen! Loved the look on your face when Rob( the lead) " went off", lol!! I think they're pretty damn incredible but I'm a huge fan as it is! I live that although they may be known as country a capella, they are able to cover so many genres of music and still kill it every single time!! You should go back and react to their performances on the "Sing-Off" because its LIVE and Shawn from Boys II Men was one of the judges. Especially the 3rd performance which was "Ring of Fire"but different than the version you saw because it was their original cover without Avi from Pentatonix. You want to see Tim, the Bass guy, go subsonic LIVE, that's where you can really see it! I cant wait to see which one you do next! ❤

Rob’s voice is like a great hug. Rob (the beard) tenor. Tim Faust the beast bass up to high tenor, Chance is baritone to bass and some sounds, Adam Rupp is beat boxer and Austin is lead tenor.

Tim Foust on the immediate left has a near sub bass to soprano -1 Range. Behind him is Adam Rupp, possibly the best beat boxer in the world. Rob Lundquist is doing the lead vocals, Chance (behind Rob) is a compliment to Tim with basically the exact same range, just 1 octave higher. The singer on the far right is named Austin. He obviously has an extreme high range voice that can do run ons with authority with a soprano +2 voice. Rob's voice is the filler between Austin and Chance, and sometimes Tim. They all compliment each other perfectly.

Watch the fourth season of “The Sing Off.” Shawn Stockman was one of the judges. Home Free won season four (Pentatonix won season three). Shawn LOVED Home Free.

I know what you mean about the country accent... I was thinking he did it purposefully (and could have just as easily chosen not to do it), to inject a bit of "classic country" Home Free into the arrangement to stay true to their roots... What blows my mind is the background vocals that sound like singing bells.... How do they even do that?! :)

Thank you for a really great reaction to this song. When you said that Home Free had some big shoes to fill, I laughed out loud. Yes I talked to the screen and said "just wait a tiny bit" Really enjoyed it. Oh and if you want to hear the guys do...Ring Of Fire...go to...sing off season 4 song 3 with judges comments...It shows Tim's range really well. They also have another...Home Free Ring of Fire ft Avi Kaplan...Avi was with Pentatonix at the time. Both are good but I like hearing what the judges have to say. It is fun.

The guy that normally does the bass (Tim w/ a 5+ octave range) only did it for his line. Tim was harmonizing with either, the tenor with the glasses and beard (Rob) or the high tenor that looks like Jesus (Austin). The guy in the back beside the beatboxer (Chance) was doing the bass.

Don't know for sure if any of Boyz2Men have heard this . However on the Sing Off NBC talent competition Shaun Stockman was one of the judges, Home Free were contestants and won! He definitely knows Home Free and loves them! First singer is high tenor Austin Brown from Tifton Georgia, Bass is Tim Foust from Southeast Texas, rear right is Adam Chance (called Chance to differentiate between the other Adam from Mobile Alabama baritone and sometimes bass when Tim is singing lead, middle front is 2nd tenor Rob Lundquist beard and glasses from Minneapolis Minnesota and rear left is Adam Rupp beatboxer/vocal percussionist and sometimes tenor from Mankato Minnesota.

The main singer, Rob, is from Minnesota, as is the beatboxer, Adam. The other three members are all Southern -- the bass, Tim, is from Nederland, Texas; the high tenor, Austin, is from Tifton, Georgia; and the baritone, Chance, is from way out in the sticks of southern Alabama. Austin is a classically trained singer with a degree in musical theater, so he can change how country he sounds from song to song. Tim sort of trained himself out of a lot of his accent when he was working cruise ships, but he's since let his Texan flag fly. Chance has certain syllables that always sound southern. Oddly enough, Rob has picked up a bit of an accent from his bandmates, so he'll sound Midwestern and then a little twang will suddenly sneak in.

Sean Stockton was a judge in the Sing Off when they won on season 4. Watch them as with PTX in Season 3 and Vocal Play in Season 2. So many good groups on that show it was amazing and sad it no longer is on. Just ahead of its time for sure. you wont be sorry to watch.

HF has between 100M AND 200M views, and climbing fast! Many who saw this video, all due respect to Boyz II Men, thought it equal to, or better than, the original. That isn't being disrespectful. Shawn from Boys II Men was a judge on Sing Off, and was a big fan of them the season they won. I'd wager a bet he's followed them ever since and made the other guys watch this too lol

We told ya! Haha yeah these boys can sing. When they won the NBC show the Sing Off (2013) Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men was a judge and he loved them. I think they wanted to do right by him. Rob was the lead here. Red head with second lead is Austin. Tim is the bass, Adam the beatboxer and Chance is the baritone/bass in the back row with Adam. Tim is from Texas so yeah he’s from the south but so is Austin (Georgia) and Chance (Alabama). Rob and Adam are from Minnesota. Home Free really can do it all. They can sing all genres of music and sing them well. They can be serious and silly too. For silly, Butts Medley, Country Fried Pop Medley. Religious, How Great Thou Art, O Holy Night. That was a properly overwhelmed reaction bro, worth a sub. Btw, the bass on this one was Chance, the other buy in the back. He and Tim often switch off, sometimes in mid-phrase, but on this one Chance was bass all the way and except for his little feature Tim was up in the bari range. Can't wait for the next one! U pick, can't go wrong.
