Lee Greenwood was 77 when this video was made, and he still sounds as amazing as he did when I saw him live back in the 80s. The "Singing Sergeants" travel and perform quite an bit and yes, they sound wonderful as well.

Lee Greenwood sounds fantastic! He said that having Home Free & the Singing Sergeants meant that he could ad lib. I honestly think this version rivals his original! You don't have to be American (I'm Canadian) to appreciate the patriotism & sentiment of the song - it's terrific. If you haven't heard Tim's original "Land of the Free", you'll love it.

After decades of singing this song the same way, it was said that Lee Greenwood was finally able to cut loose with those beautiful adlibs in this version! This song never ceases to give me chills, and I always end up in tears of pride! But there's something magical about this version. Especially when Adam hits us with that "military snare" sound! He does it in Traveling Soldier as well. It just makes my hair stand on end, and the tears flow! Thank you for another wonderful reaction.

The air force band are known as The Singing Sargents and are all officers in the Air Force. Makes me well up with pride when I hear this

There is a video of God Bless The USA that Home Free did back when Chris was still there. It was filmed at Mt Rushmore and is also quite impressive.

Great reaction Nick! I'm Canadian but get the feels whenever I hear this rendition sung to perfection! I think you'd enjoy Land of The Free, a #HomeFree original that is very patriotic, and also their upgrade of My Country 'Tis of Thee, another rare occasion where we hear Adam with a wee solo.

ALWAYS brings tears to my eyes !! As you can tell that was recorded during covid. Rob was getting a little bushy, love Tims longer hair. By now we know that anything Home Free has a hand in is going to be spectacular !!

Home Free is one of the leading vocal groups that stand up patriotically with numerous releases of songs celebrating our military and our Freedoms here in the United States!!! I remember being 14, in a touring boys choir. We sang for every place we stopped. This was one of our songs. Won't forget a few veterans taking their hats off with tears. Put me in my place.

I love this! It is so impressive! What a wonderful collaboration with Lee Greenwood and The United States Air Force band. One by one such beautiful voices which match so well with the voices of Home Free. The fact that Lee Greenwood remains the center of attention I think shows a lot of respect for this great singer. But Adam Rupp tops it off with his incredible beatboxing/vocal percussion/vocal sounds.

This collaboration is fantastic!! Home Free has an earlier version they did about nine or 10 years ago or Home Free alone is singing up at Mount Rushmore! It’s beautiful but this is just perfect having Lee Greenwood there! I think he’s was about 78 or nine years old when he did this with himNice reaction!

Psssst..... Hey Nick -- any reason this is tagged PTX?? From one nurse to another, than you for what you do as well! I've been a Home Fry since 2019 when I fell down the rabbit hole, and I have a musical question for you. As HF is an accapella group, how do you feel about them using a looper on their songs? I feel it detracts from the "all vocal music" feel as it isn't something that can then be replicated by just voices alone. Any thoughts?
