You DO know that Lita plays ALL the lead guitar right? She is my childhood hero who I’ve been blessed to meet and hang with her a few times. She’s an amazing person. Look up the song HUNGRY, by Lita Ford.

She is fire on guitar. She and Joan Jett were in The Runaways back in the 70s, but this is my fave song of hers. Gutsy!

She played all the gituar on that song , she and Joan Jett were in the Runaways , in late 1979 , she is one of the best female gutirest along with Jan Kuderman of Vixen . RIP

Love Lita, she was in the all female band The Runaways with Joan Jett in the 70s they were teenagers when they wrote Cherry Bomb, "Kiss Me Deadly" was Lita's first single as a solo artist after a massive nasty break up with The Runaways and Joan's first song after the Runaways was "Bad Reputation" while Lita may not be as big as Joan Jett her songs are always catchy.

It was not her biggest song. Her biggest song was a duet with Ozzy Osbourne called Close My Eyes Forever. Sharon Osbourne was her manager at the time. Sharon was convinced Lita was sleeping with Ozzy. She wasn’t. But Sharon tried to sabotage her career. I’m not a big fan of Sharon Osbourne.
