The Pop Bible no matter what others trying to take that title from Taylor. This was so big, she came from country (although for RED her previous album she stepped into the pop waters a bit very successfully but red was still country/rock-pop), many people thought it was a downgrade as an artist, others thought it was a great artistry work, bringing meaningful lyrics to pop. She put the 80's synth nostalgia as the norm in pop (before it was bubble gum) that lasts until today, followed by Carly rae Jepsen, Weeknd, Dua y Taylor herself. Max Martin as producer/co-producer won his first grammy for this. Taylor pulled back her catalogue from Spotify when this album came out, imagine if dua lipa doing that with future nostalgia sort of. The reissue is so great!
@@kyledoesmusicreacts Some critics thought that, and others thought this was a grow in her artistry. Taylor also was inducted into the Producers and Engineers wing of the Grammys, for this album, so she became a "legit" producer title haha
Hey, I noticed you really like adlibs and backing vocals. If that's the case, I suggest you react to the old version of 'New Romantics', when when you react to this song. The rerecording of this song sounds COMPLETELY different from the original. The vocal processing, production, mixing... it's all fucked up. The adlibs in the stolen version are so iconic! You can react to the clip on youtube, this way you won't be giving Scooter money.
My hometown is the "original" new York. They like 3d printed it, just like they did Douglas county to make Washington D.C. I guess id call it seperation of powers
