Heart Attack is such a good gym song ❤️ one of brave brothers' best for summer! For their more saucy stuff - Like A Cat is also on par with Miniskirt when it comes to legendaryness, that song is amazing!

Ugh Brave Sound really never missed when it came to AOA songs. I think they’re a group that has a very distinctive vibe and sound, i couldn’t imagine any other group pulling off their songs as well as the do. 14 year old me listened to heart attack and like a cat at least twice a day for years. I’m so upset that the Mina drama has basically ended the group. In short she accused member Jimin (the rapper) for bullying her for over 10 years and being the reason she tried to commit suicide (there were many graphic pictures and unnecessary secrets revealed). In the end it turned out that Mina was extremely mentally unstable and Jimin wasn’t as bad as she told everyone. To think that they were one of the longest running second gen girl groups and if that hadn’t happened they’d still be serving yearly bops. I saw someone else mention their discography and i couldn’t agree more. Their b sides were always immaculate and there were no skip albums. Some of my favourites are 10 seconds, Still falls the rain, Ladi dadi, Can’t sleep, Luv me and One thing

Yes the guy in Excuse Me is the actor in Vincenzo! He used to be under FNC (initially as a band trainee then switched to acting) and is close to N.Flying & SF9. AOA is an iconic gg of kpop sexy concepts and their career skyrocketed after Miniskirt was released. The 2nd/early 3rd gen was so great for sexy concepts ugh. Miss them so much omg. Honestly, I was with you with Heart Attack and I remember HATING it when it first dropped. Then a few years passed and something about that chorus made me fall in love with the song. Miniskirt, Short Hair, and Like a Cat remain their most iconic tracks in my opinion. Bingle Bangle was super fun too. Their OT5 performance of Miniskirt on Queendom season 1 is incredible, as well as their cover of Mamamoo's Egotistic. Just top-tier performers overall.

Although AOA became big after the success of "Miniskirt," they did not originally debut with the sexy concept. The AOA members all play musical instruments, and the original idea was that they would be an actual band in addition to being idols. They even had a member named Youkyung, a drummer, who was only interested in the band side, so she was a "half-angel" (she left the group pretty early on to concentrate on school). Anyway, if you are interested in their early stuff, check out both versions of their debut song, "Elvis" as well as "Moya," by the sub-unit AOA Black, which leaned into the band thing more heavily.

So glad you reacted to aoa! Short hair is one of my all time favorite kpop songs and in general their discography is top tier, they have some of the best bsides in kpop. If you want to check out more saucy groups I highly recommend Fiestar (you recently reacted to their rapper Yezi as well)

If you want sexy choreo, I reccomend Hello Venus, specially "Wiggle Wiggle", "Sticky Sticky" and "I'm Ill". Also produced by Brave Brothers who made most of AOA's hits. Rainbow is also a good 2nd gen group with a (mostly) more mature look. Secret's "I'm in love" is also a scorcher. Don't know if you were planning on checking Sistar too with Hyolyn in Queendom 2, but they also heated up the 2nd gen. And you've already seen Girl's Day, with Expect and Something.

aoa started as a band and later on turned into a sexy dance group ♡ their member youkyoung left around the same time with their main vocalist choa (short blonde hair) even though she wasn't active for years and appeared in their anniversary which was around heart attack & excuse me time this group would still be on top but one of the former members made a huge mess and the girls were left pretty much jobless.. for the first few months the remaining members of aoa(white) were not able to perform , appear on public as aoa (this lasted more than a year) and had their acting schedules cancelled however that ex-member was caught lying for several things and the girls have started appearing on public again ♡ this damaged their image and brand as "aoa" and because of that we may never get a comeback again.. not to mention that the group currently has 3 members and their latest appearances are as ot2 in queendom2 finals and oh my girl's hyojung & binnie show

Majority of their live performances for Miniskirt had their choreography banned and changed (including unzipping their skirt) cause it was too risqué😵💫 Sistar and AOA did Sexy the best.
