There's only one problem with Geoffls videos - they don't last long enough :)

Thank you for a great reaction to Geoff Castalucci ❤️ thank you so much. Please do a reaction video of Geoff's version of God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman. It is amazing.

Given your response.... you MUST listen to his cover of "Ain't No Sunshine."

It's so enjoyable to watch someone react to Geoff (or to the a cappella group he sings bass in, Voiceplay) that I've set a permanent search tab in my browser just for that 😁. BTW... He doesn't even go really low in this one. He's got a 5 octaves range, and, as you may have noticed, he was acting and playing ALL parts. He loves to do that in his solo videos, he "clones" himself on 4 or 5 different characters (and as you saw, they may be VERY different, using different outfits and makeups) and he can make them look as if they actually interact with one each other. 🙂 Also, he does pretty much EVERYTHING in his videos: arrangement, storyboard, filming, decides the makeup, edits the video, mixes the audio (the final audio editing is made by Ed Boyer), and so on. His wife Kathy is usually the producer. Eli, the high tenor for Voiceplay, does the lighting and he very often does the filming at Pattycake Productions, owned by Layne (Voiceplay beatboxer) and Tony (former Voiceplay baritone). 🙂 If you think you heard his low range, try some others like "Ain't no sunshine", or "Rains of Castamere", or my favourite of them all, "Far over the Misty Mountains cold". Or some of his Halloween stuff, like "The Headless Horseman" 😁. Or try Voiceplay. They are the "Theater kids" of the a cappella world, and they're just ridiculously talented. Pick ANY of their videos, you just can't go wrong. 😁🙂 Just subscribed. I don't want to miss any of your future reactions to either Geoff (pron. Jeff) or Voiceplay. 🙂 See you next time!

All of Geoff's videos are great! I recommend that you try Geoff's cover of Ain't No Sunshine. Also, for pure fun try his cover of Elvis Presley's Way Down!

As I saw commented below, I would recommend Ain't no sunshine, I also love his version of Shenandoah... Also as mentioned, he is the bass singer in Voiceplay... They have some fantastic videos too. From Disney to Broadway... Funny and sad,. As it is nearing Christmas... From Geoff I would suggest God rest ye merry gentlemen and Mele Kalikamaka featuring the American Sirens.. . Geoff is pretty amazing, solo or as part of his group Voiceplay. Some of my favorites of his solo work are: Ain't No Sunshine Misty Mountains Cold High and Dry Blackbird And to hear him in a group setting? Little Mermaid Medley Hoist the Colors Enjoy!

Great reaction, subscribed. Many, many good suggestions in the other comments! You can't go wrong with anything Geoff or Voiceplay does. Misty Mountains is definitely a sit there and purr song. Slow, calm, soothing, and still hits you like a hammer. For pure fun try Geoff's cover of "Way Down" (he names his clones), and for two tear-jerkers you might like Voiceplay's "I Can't Make You Love Me" or Geoff's "Ain't No Sunshine". That one makes you want to tell him "Geoff, it's OK, it's OK, - Kathy only went to the store for 10 minutes!"

It’s not close to Halloween but I’d recommend Voiceplay’s song Oogie “Boogie Man.” It’s main features are humor and playfulness but I think you’d appreciate Mr. Sexy Geoff’s performance. Well, all their performances actually. Loved your reaction to “Ghost Riders.”

I think the video is a little speed up n pitched higher

The problem is that when you have perfect pitch, you realize that Geoff's cover is a semitone higher in this video than in the original video.... Strange.

Great reaction. Read alot of comments but didn't see any for geoff singing "High and Dry". In it he goes super low and super high. Pretty close to his full range. He also is totally solo and is playing the piano. Everything he and Voiceplay has made a video of is absolutely amazing. Can't go wrong with anything. They're very diverse. So whatever type of song you want to listen to they pretty much have done it. Welcome to the rabbit hole 🐰
