This is the Temu of food delivery, I would've been pissed about them removing my pay. I wouldn't be surprised if they start spamming your inbox with emails after you reviewed working for them. These chinese companies LOVE to breathe down your neck about everything; makes sense that they're bugging you about not being near a hotspot BY CALLING. It's literally no different to working a full time job with a supervisor except they don't give you benefits and you're making 16/hour, even though you're supposed to be a contractor and doing things however you'd please since you're working for yourself it kinda sounds to me like a regular job with them being so restricting on you as if you're working for THEM. Sounds like a horrible app to work with.

Ok , as a food courier. If you made $15+ for your first order which you completed within 30 minutes (drive to pick up and commute to drop off location)... Then I think that's just perfect earnings rate for a food courier.

Tell us if they end up paying you for the deliveries you made minus the one they take away. Which is some bs I woulda had an issue with that

Very sketchy they took away your pay. Had mixed up double deliveries once on Doordash and once on Uber. In both instances, I kept full pay but of course people have the ability to remove tips on Uber. With when I did it on DD, I got the redelivery on one of the orders; and got $3 higher pay on the redelivery.

Thank you for the warning about Hungry Panda. It sounds like a terrible and micromanaging experience, and it's unconscionable that the restaurant complains about you taking the order they told you to take, then Hungry Panda, without asking for your side of the story, takes your pay for doing that delivery. That's an instant delete for me.

I signed up but it's been on the background approval for over a week even though it said it would be 24 hours. I called the number listed and it went straight to a cellphone voicemail 😂 curious to try it but sounds sketchy

Ie work for panda. It's only 2 drivers here with 2 back up drivers if needed. The app works different then in this video. Not sure if it's the phone or app module or what, but Panda is great where I am at. Panda has monopolized one area here and uber ,doordash and chowbus are so bad. Bad orders all day. I make $200 a day with Panda. Sometimes less or more. But this guy didn't do a full shift. A full shift is from 11-230 then from 430-830. Not sure about everywhere else. It depends on the times the restaurants open up as well.

Taking away pay is unacceptable. I suppose they can remove the tip like Instacart and UE. That really sucks. I just signed up to them, waiting on the background check now. Glad I saw this, I rarely check receipts when im pointed to the food. I know.. I should.... But im older and my eyesight sucks. So anyway. My cousin is a lawyer out of college he did labor and housing, I will probably see him next month, I like to pick his brain. Going to ask him can they remove your base pay. Also going to have to look at their contract and see if this is mentioned that you will be paid nothing if you deliver the wrong order. It is an interesting question legally, sure you should have checked the name on the bag, but you were also pointed to it by staff. I live in an area that is almost 70% Asian, sometimes on various other apps the name comes in as Chinese, I don't read Chinese, so not sure how that will work for me.

hungry panda actually has better pay than doordash or any others here in Las Vegas average is $13 for 4miles most people that order from panda here in las vegas are the ones in convention...although not many restaurant deliver with hungry panda here in las vegas but when you get that order 80% of the time its always good...i just hate that this app doesnt have customer service and the app is in Chinese lol

It's an incredibly confusing app. I can't even figure HOW am I able to access and cash out my earnings. I'm out of gas after all these deliveries in Boston. I have to drive back up to Nashua, NH. I don't want to be stranded here tonight. Is there any way I'd be able to cash my earnings out? Anyone who knows please help I really need it.

Chinese app it's a NO GO!! I used to live in China and use an app very similar to this one to order. In China people don't tips the delivery guys! I've used to give them ¥70 yuan which is like $10 bucks because those Chinese buildings have like 50 floors obviously with elevators but still 😏😏!! Chinese don't tip!

Dammm! Imagine ordering Chinese for lunch, you proceed to the "checkout" page.... and then you see $15 added on to your total order. Imagine having to pay that much for delivery fee + service fee, tax on top of your takeaway cost!
