You are going to witness a phenomenal story. There's no slowness about this show. It's loved so much because of it feeling like a Rollercoaster ride. A thriller. Everything is fast and you never get bored.

9:00 - "Why don't you just do something". Of course, trying to confront 5-6 armed people while being alone and without anything to protect yourself is indeed a smart idea and is going to end well.

To answer your question, I would absolutely use the Death Note to give the most powerful evil people of the world the most hilarious and humiliating deaths possible.

I'm late to the party as I just found your channel but I loved this reaction and I'm so happy you went with the Dub! I have to admit Light Yagami is my favorite anime character of all time. I'm completely on his side. Death Note was the first anime I ever watched. A friend recommended it to me because he said I reminded him of Light. I still choose to take that as a complement lol Looking forward to watching more!

Ooh, a gentle, compassionate soul watching Death Note and willing to take it seriously... This should be interesting. 08:11 - Have you seen social media? Have you seen how people explode with visceral hatred towards complete strangers over a difference in worldviews? These people sometimes bandy together and try to inflict as much suffering and harm on their common victim as they can remotely. I'd hazard a guess that the only reasons keeping them from murder is the difficulty in accomplishing that coupled with the fear of getting caught and the social retribution that would follow; the Death Note eliminates both of these. It is basically a convenient thought experiment: if it was both safe and convenient, would you kill people?

I really enjoyed this show up to a certain point. Though up to that point it was great. My favourite character (and Light's adversary) is introduced later.

They didn't say Ryuk lost 2 they said he had 2. One of them is the one he has with him and the other is the one Light currently has.

It's actually a linguistico-cultural thing : in Japanese, the words for "four" (四) and "death" (死) can be both read as "shi" (し), an homophonous relation inherited from Chinese (and shared across the SEA region : Korean and Vietnamese share this quirk due to borrowing from Chinese as well). As such, across the region, 4 has an association with Death and misfortune, not unlike 13 does in the European-Arabic zone. Thus the time limits for writing in the Death Note : the time you have to start writing causes of death after writing a name (40s), and the total time you have to write the causes of death once you start writing them (6m 40s = 400s) --- Would I pick up the Death Note, and use it / destroy it? That's an interesting question. I think (assuming I'm in a world with no Death Note anime), I'd pick it up like Light did, probably test it up in the same way Light did (hostage-taking, or a situation when you can kill in *immediate* defense of others), and then I'd probably destroy it, because, once proven real, the potential for evil *and* the risk to myself is too great compared to the good (and/or self-interest gain) it could bring.

What would I do ? Light have right idea to kill really bad people, but he can't really know if all the people who he killed is really bad .I would kill only those who I don't have doubts that are really bad (like serial kilers or dangerous dictators) and, so I would use it only very rarely

Hi there, I'm leaving a suggestion just in case: This series is one of those that you kinda have to pay attention constantly, so if you're willing to do it, I'd say it'd be best to pause the episode whenever you to talk about anything

just a suggestion. because this is a reaction, it's better if your screen is big and the anime screen is small

Did you watch anime Naruto and Naruto Shippuden ? If you didn't yet, watch cuz you will learn great life lessions with rollercoster of emotions, you will not regret 😉
