Tangled is hands down one of the best animated movies. Flynn is so cynical for a fairytale character 😂

I get sad whenever people don't like Repunzel with short hair. I think she looks very cute with her hair short.

Notice the difference between Gothel's "love" for Rapunzel and Eugene's genuine love for her? Whenever Gothel is talking to Rapunzel, especially when she talks about how much she loves her, she's always stroking and/or kissing Rapunzel's hair, which is meant to show that she's saying "I love you (most)" to Rapunzel's hair instead of to Rapunzel herself. On the other hand, once Eugene realises he's fallen in love with Rapunzel, he's always brushing her hair away from her face, signifying the hair and its magic don't mean nearly as much to him as she herself does.

Rapunzel and Eugene actually have a cameo in Frozen. They are just background characters but they're there in the opening when Anna is running out of the castle.

I remember I avoided Tangled for a couple years after it came out - Rapunzel's story had just never really been an interesting one to me, so I avoided the Disney version too. When I finally caved and watched while babysitting, I was amazed that it became my favorite Disney movie. Flynn as a character was amazing, Mother Gothel was so sinister without really TRYING to be and that was in part to the fact she's a classic abuser with the insults and the demeaning behavior and how she convinced Rapunzel that everything was HER fault. And Rapunzel herself? Amazing, as was Maximus and Pascal. But what I really loved was the parents - they didn't NEED speaking lines, in just the scene before the lanterns go up, you can and feel how even 18 years later they're suffering and heartbroken, and it's incredible. If you're on an animated movie kick, this was certainly a great one to start with.

You should watch the series, it explains her powers, her parents actually have voices, and it brings up her PTSD. It also develops her and Eugene's relationship more because it takes place between between this movie and the Happily ever after one. The super cool thing is that it kept all the same voice actors

There's an Easter egg in Frozen, in the beginning when they are opening up the castle and a bunch of people are arriving to the Castle, you can see in the crowd Rapunzel and Flint.

My favourite animated movie of all time from the decade. Love everything about it from the voice cast,to the animation,to the story even the songs were so good. Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi had amazing chemistry as their animated counterparts.

Just letting you know that while Tangled doesn't have a sequel it has an animated series that follows what happens and I've heard it is really good.

Prince charming climbed the tower with her hair, Rapunzel is surprised at first, but then they decide to go heels-to-Jesus right there and Rapunzel gets pregnant. Dosen't take long for Gothel to find out.

If you think about it, it actually makes sense why Flynn decided to cut Rapunzel's hair before she healed him. 1. He was chained up to the staircase so he would most likely die anyway by starving. 2. He didn't want to take the risk of Mother Gothel pulling Rapunzel away right after she healed him. 3. This is a small bonus reason, but he still didn't want to use her for her powers. So, it's not really stupid of Flynn to cut her hair off before she heals him.

This is my favourite movie ever! The best part is it came out on my birthday and my family surprised me with tickets to watch in cinema. It was the first movie we watched in a cinema since moving to England

Tangled= One of Disney's animated films!! The story (life lessons) and the music in it are great, but I love the general sarcastic banter throughout it! Flynn/ Eugene always reminds me of Disney's version of Captain Jack Harkness from Doctor Who!... With a bit of Joey Tribbiani mixed in!!

Tangled the series or rapunzels tangled adventures is the follow on from this. Its actually really good aimed at the young adults rather then kids. though the kids would still enjoy it

Did you know the real story of Rapunzel is obviously that she is in the tower, being held by the witch, but the true story, the prince goes up the tower, they sleep together, she gets pregnant, When she starts to show the witch figures it out, cuts off her hair and puts her into a swamp to live the rest of her life forever away from the prince. When the Prince goes to the tower again, the Witch lets the hair down, bringing him up, they fight, she says he will never see Rapunzel again, and she pushes him out the window, he lands in a thorn bush and goes blind, after many years of wandering for Rapunzel while blind he finds his way to the swamp where he learns that Rapunzel had twin babies and they hug, she cries and her tears heal his eyesight. So while the fairy tales are a bit different obviously, some of it fits, like the tear healing the prince part, the cutting of the hair.

there is a tangled short called "Tangled Ever After"; It's Rapunzel and Flynn's wedding but, Pascal and Maximus are the stars of the show. If you liked this movie, it's definitely worth seeing.

If you want there are some sequels (in the story's chronological odrer): a film called "Tangled: Before Ever After", a 3 seasons series called "Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure" and a short film called "Tangled ever after". But yeah, it's a little long hahah
