First VR Strategy Game I've enjoyed! - Skylight on the HTC Vive 

He has a couple videos explain exactly how he does this. Word of warning though, your wallet may not like it. Also doesn't seem easy to get running right, lots of tinkering.

I agree with you in part. I don't like how I did this review as, you're right, a lot of what I said was basically just wishing the game was nearly a different genre however there is also still the point though that the games turn-based elements are fairly shallow. I think what threw me off target in my review commentary was how weird I feel about this game. I /almost/ love this. Forgetting the RTS desires, I think that if they add a few more pieces to make the gameplay a little more dynamic, then I would be all in. Live and learn, I'll try to keep my RTS bias in check if another game like this comes up :P Thanks!!

Are you familiar with Homeworld? That game in VR would probably be closer to what you are looking for as far as depth and combat tactics. I know Homeworld is dated, but a refresh in VR would be amazing.

Have you tried Saga of the Void: Admirals (store.steampowered.com/app/535410/Saga_of_the_Void_Admirals/)? It's a bit rough but is a fully 3D space RTS. There's also void LINK (store.steampowered.com/app/560550/void_LINK/) but I haven't played that. Also it's a bit cheeky (please delete this comment if it's inappropriate) but I'll drop a link for my own work-in-progress in this genre (www.fulby.tech/arduxim-squadron-command ). I'm aiming more for a tactical game feel instead of a traditional RTS (paused most of the time, every shot counts, each pilot is an individual). VR makes giving orders in 3D so much more natural than on a monitor, plus shows off the vastness of space, that I'm surprised there aren't more games out yet.

Can you do tutorial video on XSplit/OBS setups (&software-camera setups+edit too) for this video (MR on the screen)? Would love to see the new version tutorial than former ones! :) thanks!

You are probably not setup for it, but what about reviewing Racing simulators that have the option to be run in VR? Sims such as rFactor2, pCars etc. Pretty sure you can visit jayztwocents to use his setup ;-)
