Fisas XIII - Body's Functional Management in armed combat and not - Lesson A: Basics 

The first of a three lessons series of Maestro Andrea Lupo Sinclair and Maestro Pietro N. Roselli Lorenzini on body's functional management in armed combat and not.
This lesson was on some common basic works on body mechanics for the side sword and the bare hands.
These basics are fundamental for the works presented in the other lessons.
Unfortunately in the footage is quite totally missing the part of gymnastics to warm up and feel the body that was strongly linked with the other works.
The lesson was held on the XIII FISAS International Meeting of April 2012.
