I HAD to subscribe, I have not had a good fish taco since my other half told me about them. We had fish tacos in Eureka California and it was basically Miss Gordons fish sticks in a taco loaded with cilantro with tarter sauce, I was not impressed. My wife told me best fish tacos she has ever had were at Rubios in San Diego. She said your fish tacos looked amazing.

I'm making fish tacos tonight on my Blackstone, but I'll be mixing pico de Gallo,shredded lettuce and diced cucumbers and making homemade salsa on the Blackstone also 😋 love mayo on fish tacos
