ive been to Rottnest. great snorkelling and fishing. sadly only bought a handline and caught a wrasse. but when I went snorkelling saw big bream cobbler, part fish and many reef fish💯💯💯

its like a movie length Salty Fishos vid! Love it! I also hope for something better for stingrays, but what can you do! I've hooked a few in the swan river recently, spent a long time releasing one, removed other hooks from previous fishers, but felt terrible the entire time. Got smoked by the other two. I suppose a bit of foam on the hooks might keep it off the bottom, which might help not hook the sting rays? Great vid! Really enjoyed it!

Not sure about the whole gaff and stingray thing, makes me wonder if there's a market for a better way to hold/remove hooks from rays? Sucks cutting lines or losing rigs so surely there is a better way moving forward
