Love Devols Dam. I have fished there for 40 years. Channel Cats, Saugeye, Walleye, large and small mouth bass, and nasty old carp. Both sides of the river can be productive, however I have more success on the Devola side.
My late father and I used to take a few days off every late October and fish the Muskingum!!! Crappie and saugeye/walleye was targeted species. I have many fond memories below the lock and dam in Philo. Thanks for this!!!!!
