For real I use only 12 pounds for lateral raise but as light as it is when you do a 2 second hold on top each rep you reaaally gonna feel it even to your abs lol
It feels good tho. Its tiring but you dont feel gassed out but leg workouts tho, they are insane. Lunges right after squats makes me wanna passed out lol. I love leg days btw. It just feels like doing cardio with weights

No, it doesn't supposed to be hard. This is where traumas come. It is enough to do something a little better in small steps. +1 kilo or +1 push-up, or +1 second in plank every day means that after a month you will be able to lift +30 kilos or do +30 push-ups or stay in the plank +30 seconds. And this is more healthy than work with a pain with a risk of trauma. Do it until you find the moment where you don't grow up more, this is your natural limit. Stay in it and be happy, you're in your best condition :)
@@michaelmironenko455 Technically yes, but far too many people use that as an excuse to give up the second things get difficult for them. Sometimes I think it’s best to try to push yourself beyond your limits, because your brain often convinces you that you’re less capable than you really are.
Toughest exercise in the gym for me. I can do 20lbs in each hand about 6-8 times before the severe burning and absolute torture kicks in. And then failure.
The only problem I have with working out is you have to be consistent. Otherwise you go back to looking like spongebob in 2 business days. Quite unfair right?
