@@karthikak8657 doesn't make a difference really. I've had personal trainers too. They don't do anything with you. They just show you how to do some things if you're doing it for the first time and then they monitor you for the rest of the period. This is guy is like a fun workout buddy. I've never seen someone training like this before.
