dualla truckshow in Tipperary Ireland was one of many big events in Ireland cancelled due to the wettest summer in 30 years.
it was also a round of Irish tractor pulling championship that was cancelled...
so i guess we still got to do some sort of tractor pulling ... or truck pulling!!
we stayed and watched the spectacular operation unfold to pull out well over 500 polished sparkling show trucks from the mud. stunning Scania , Volvo, Man , Daf and many others being pulled out by big Class, fendt, newholland, case, valtra , ford big blue, and Panda in the case international!

In conditions like that, mud can be washed off, paint can be repainted. As long as nobody's hurt, it's a good Day Out in a good laugh. It's the fella that's got a sort of field out afterwards. I feel sorry for.😊😊😊😊😊😊

That is not a cancelled show, it's just different from what the promotors planned. One might argue, even better if you love trucks as well as tractor pulling. That Fendt didn't mess around.

Good evening from Alberta Canada! We have these things called "rig mats" for use in just these circumstances... pretty much exclusively these days, whether rigs, or highway construction, and especially pipeline work. Thank you for sharing! I missed out visiting Ireland in 2011, and I fell in love with Scotland. My daughter said, " Well if you like Scotland, check out Ireland next time!" And I will!

here in Alberta Canada we run a mostly hay farm and we have 4 of those ford/new holland/versatile tractors and we love them. cool to see a Canadian made tractor doing work in Ireland

Tri-drives and tire chains are how we deal with these conditions. Don't need tractors pulling. Just a few D6 LGP to assist and take care of the ruts. This is what rig moving looks like every spring mud and chains. Love the big knuckle boom stretched out in the background also.

Seems to be the wettest summer everywhere, they even cancelled the biggest metal festival at Wacken in Germany, normally they let it happen in conditions like you had in Tipperary, but this year they sent the people back home... Thx for showing that carnage! 😮👍👍

Lots of rain here this year. We now have a lake in Central California which went dry 140 years ago. Tulare Lake, close by the massive Tulare farm show.

Here in Alberta Canada we have large prefabricated sections called “rig mats” they use in the oil fields. I think you guys call them temporary road mats. I’m sure in hindsight that might have been useful hahah.

Don’t like rear wheel weights on tractors to permanent but the Claas was making good use of them

Interesting to see so many 6x2 prime movers there. THose are almost unheard off here in Australia where you always have both rear axles powered in a 6x4 configuration. .

What a mess! Reckon yall need a track with a high shed over it so you can keep it dry. 🙂 I enjoyed seeing all the scania and man trucks. I have wanted to get my hands on a ds9 scania to see about building one for high performance but they are super rare here in the states.

Probably one of the best videos I've watched. Get to see the trucks and the tractors in action😅 Always interesting to see hp has little benefit over traction especially when it was at lower speeds? Weight them up and they will pull😂😂

That is crazy, but you mention the tractor pulling event part being to wet? Could it not have gone ahead as more a truckfest event? Seems to me based on what I saw on the video all the trucks were in place ready to be showed off to people, great content though and thanks for sharing

Such a shame. Could be another show that bites the dust for future years. Having been involved in ploughing matches the costs of an event like this is huge and so would any insurance premium
