Hux20000(in pak different variations are available ) sir is very good product I used it after doctor prescription( I personally use it) I totally understand and agree with you about the complications of vitamin D deficiency bcz I had these symptoms even though I been taking too much milk related products. I had a belief that as I was consuming milk and fish I should not have the vitamin D deficiency. I went to doctor to have different tests he asked me what is the problem I explained him almost same symptoms especially fatigue and low morale and mood swing, irritation etc he told me you do not need that many test . I will do only vitamin D test. I argued why not calcium then he explained me calcium is for the growth of bones but vitamin D is for bones strength ( keep the inner part of the bones strong ). After test he prescribed me very high dose as for old people in UK that is two capsules of hux20000 in a week for 8 weeks. But I still take not regularly but when my body shows symptoms of weekness. I was not able to walk without pain before, but now alhamdolilah I work 12 hrs shift 4 days But pak weather is not like UK . So don't take vitamin D without consulting doctors. Another good solution for it is hair, nails and skin care supplements those contains all the vitamins and minerals for the body. I used that on prescription and found useful in pak this time visit. Bcz doctor told me to not use hux20000 in pak due to warm weather there during my visit. I had this problem bcz I was doing night shifts and sleeping day time ..and then staying too much indoor completing projects works ..not having sufficient exposure to sunlight Note. This is my personal experience that I shared with you regarding vitamin D and had it since was in pak and got worse due to UK weather and lifestyle but be careful and don't make judgement yourself these symptoms can be due to other problems so always consult a qualified person before taking any supplement.

If I may add, it is possible to get Vitamin D on a cloudy day because full spectrum sunlight still exists beyond the clouds (which is why sometimes people tan even in cloudy weather). You can still make Vitamin D even if you sit in the shade. Not by sitting under a sunny window because glass filters out the UVB rays - the type of light needed to make Vitamin D. Best fish sources are salmon, mackeral, bluefish and herring. In the non-fish category sources are eggs, like Doctor said mushrooms, fortified milk, yoghurt etc. Something that is necessary for us God/nature will not make it difficult to obtain so all the Vitamin D you need you can get from everyday activities like walking from A to B. However to especially sit in the sun for 20 minutes for this purpose is not logical - I don't go with the west on it, always use logic. Plus Indo-Pak ladies are sun averse and just won't do it as our society worships pale skin. Just use logic for example I don't follow the western push to have 1.5 or more litres of water a day - you'll be stuck in the toilet for a chunk of the day if you did. Logically God/nature intended us to have that much water as is found in a coconut husk which is a normal glass of water size. Next time you feel thirsty drink another glass of water but don't be a fanatic and force water on yourself needlessly. Another example is of eggs and I rejected for years when the west would brainwash us about eggs disparagingly. However now eggs are back in favour and obviously are found to be an excellent nutrient source. Use logic, you don't need to spend 20 minutes in the hot sun, get sunlight naturally from everyday activities.
