Thank you I've been going out of my mind with a false paper jam report daily. Never known how to do step 2 (cleaning of the rollers) and will never forget it now as it fixed the problem right away. Thanbk again

Oh my Goodness!! Thank you so much!! I never even knew that door was there on the bottom, still had the tape on it from when I bought it! Sure enough there was stuff stuck in there!!
Worked like a charm. Thank you very much! I would have ended up buying a new one and it was just a piece of plastic stuck in bottom of printer. This saved me money.
My printer starts to feed a piece of paper but then doesn’t continue to feed the paper. I tried all of the steps in the video and it didn’t help. This printer is less than 4 months old.

Hi my printer doesnt jam whem printing a test page and can be printed seccesfully but it only jams when i want t o print other document it always jams and end up with a piece of paper with only a few lines on the bottom pls help

I don't know what to do the printer says it has a paper jam but there is no paper jammed in there. And when I press print it wont even try to print. It does nothing until 2 days later after spamming the print button.

tried all of the fixes and the paper still jams. it begins to feed the paper then won't go any further but leaves roller marks and creases on the paper. no paper jams i could find.
