I recall that there was a button combination that made the printer enter into a service mode that automatically clean the paper rollers, is that right?

Please help. Whenever I try to print avery 28877 business cards (double sided) on hp deskjet 4155e. The paper gets stuck in the rollers, and I have to basically shove it down, and the printing is cut off

+محمود ابو حسن I would do a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue.Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds..Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector. This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
+محمود ابو حسن Your printer is designed to print only when all ink cartridges have ink. A little ink from all the ink cartridges is used in periodic servicing tasks.
