Fix Dell Computer Has No Sound in Windows 11 -[Tutorial] 

The last solution scared me thinking its a scam cause i assumed we would reinstall it, once i restarted my laptop i finally had my sound back after months! Finally found the solution, thank you!

I was really scared, my PC sounds were suddenly gone and youtube videos didn't work (they didn't play) then I found this video and skipped 1 second by second to see the frames of the video and as a miracle this did help and my PC sound is back and youtube videos work normally! (The solution was in 3:09 of the video, by disabling all enhancements) I have REALLY important files on my PC from my dog and myself so big thank you!

Confirmed working on Dell XPS 7390. The driver you need to "downgrade" is the Realtek one in Device Manager

GUYS NOTHING WORKED AND I CHECKED. I TRIED ANOTHER BROWSER AND I GOT SOUND. IT WAS BECAUSE MY BROWSER HAD A VIRUS. GO TO SETTINGS, ACCOUNT AND CLEAN UP. THEN RESET YOUR BROWSER. IT SHOULD WORK.

If none of this solves the problem, and it started after an update, it might be a problem with intel smart sound. To be sure just open device manager and under system devices look for "intel smart sound oed", check if there is a warning sign indicating some error in the driver. This may prevent even the audio device from appearing in the list of installed devices in the device manager. To fix this first select "intel smart sound oed" and uninstall it, but don't restart the device otherwise it won't work. After that look for the audio driver and install, being from dell will probably be Realtek, probably after this step the audio will have already returned, but restart the computer just to be sure.

The first method worked, I had two drivers available and installed the non High Definition one because the High Definition one had a warning.

Oh yeah , it worked on my Dell xps 15 , though I applied my own brain, my Realtek drive2 was set as default and it was causing problems ,I set update driver to other Realtek one , now after restarting my device it is working as if it was brand new

I solved it by turning off all audio enhancements (what troubleshooting recommended me).

Nothing has worked, no matter what I do. I uninstalled the Cirrus audio and now my sound is called “Duet Diffuser” and it’s still not working.

No clue what's wrong... I tried everything in the video. Still having issues... Lucky me it's my work/company laptop, so I'm just going to hand it to the IT guys on Monday and be like.... You're welcome. Headphones and other devices still work fine. The mic works fine. When I did the sound test it made like a pop kind of sound for the left and then a pop for the right speakers. 30 minutes ago it was working fine... left, came back, turned it on. SILENCE.
