My 90/year old Dad had this done. He has l2-l3 l3 - l4 and l4 - l5 he could not walk or stand. The surgeon did the 2 worst compression and cleaned it up. Now he has no shooting pain, in his butt/ thighs and waist. He still has some pain but he can walk now w a walker
My MRI results showed I have stenosis at L4-S1, posterior/lateral, at the facet joints. I’ve had back pain since I was 13 following a sports accident. Would this work potentially down the line? I’m only 26 so I know surgery should only be a last resort but I’ve seen several physios over the years and although they’ve helped, my back pain still bothers and effects my quality of life
İ am not a doc but have a few advises for you as someone who suffers this thing since 35 years and had 2 operations Firstly ..do not smoke .if you do for süre and give weight if you have overweight Second...swim. Swim in crawl and backward style. İf possible , everyday And make spine ecercises. But first get help from a phsychian or from a doctor about these ecercises. Dont forget that not all ecercises are usefull for your problem. And when you get these exercises do it everyday...this is very important ! Everyday Wish u my best
Can you please speak to those of us flying into Texas . How long we stay , where to stay . Are there special hotel or short term rental rates set up . Luckily I’m only in fl and flight is cheap . I just got xtays and MRI’s back so those will be to you soon . Now I’ve got HS jumping legs keeping me awake for days after epidural . So worn out.

@@DonnallySpineConsult honestly I don’t know what causes my pain had two Mri done 2 years ago one was positive for lumbar disc herniation and one was negative.
