FIX: Quixel Bridge Won't Work and I Can't Log In With My Epic Games Account

Here is a quick fix I did for not being able to use Quixel's Bridge, browse the Megascan assets and not being able to log into your Epic Games account.

Thank you for this!...I didn't think I had a problem. I had it all activated and working fine with Bridge and UE right after Epic acquired Quixel. I haven't used it since until I checked today after watching your video, so it must have been a recent change to something with Quixel/Epic servers.

This worked for me in 5.1: 1 - Close Bridge, and go to time settings on Windows. Toggle off and on Automatic Time AND Automatic Time Zone 2 - Open Firewall, and check if there is a green checkmark beside the Bridge option in Inbound rules 3 - Delete Bridge, Megascans and Quixel Folders from App Data Folder 4 - Restart PC

I need help I did what you said but when I downloaded quick so bridge and signed in now it’s just taking me back to the Home menu but still giving me the option to sign in even though I already signed in but everything stuck and won’t like let me move around and navigate the app

If anyone is having this problem with the Mixer software, the same thing applies but delete the folder called "Quixel"(which contains the Mixer settings that need deleted).

Hi there! Thanks a lot for the tip! It really helped to log in but after a few days of using Bridge the same problem occured again after. It's not a big deal to perform the whole procedure again but it would be great to have a permanent solution. Any ideas for that?

I had to do this multiple times as well and I don't know of a more permanent solution right now. I know Quixel is aware of the problem, I hope they fix it soon.

still not working:((((( and ı find the real solition... according to Epic game solition is : Make sure that both set time automatically and set timezone automatically are checked in order for Bridge to run efficiently. If these settings are not in place, you will be faced with a blank screen when you launch Bridge.............. and it is done..problem solved..

I think this is actually a firewall issue. But I've not been able to resolve it myself yet. If this works for you then great but it never worked for me.

If this error still persists, try going to your windows setting time and date and change it to automatic, also go to your firewall (allow apps over the internet) and Check whether the private connection check box of bridge is ticked. IT WORKED FOR ME ATLEAST.
