Worn out Turbo flapper? Time to buy the rebuild kit and DIY. Here’s what I picked up:

The rebuild took about an hour and is manageable with everyday tools and a little skill.
For the bushing install, I tapped it in with a hammer then sent it home with a c-clamp.
Reinstall nut and adjust waste-gate to meet recommended boost.
