For bushing installs on interference fit items I usually toss one item in the freezer for an hour and when it's time heat the other usually allows enough thermal difference to allow items to either slip in or need very little effort. Good video either way.

I have the Vargas brand ones on my car that came with the turbo upgrade, they both have seized shut after 40k. I have a set of stock twins that are good besides the gates I’d love one go with yours I think
They can seize up if the bushing gets bent in install. I found another thing that can cause it. I’ll make a video on it because it’s too hard to explain by text.
I seems to be a common problem with the Vargas turbos from some of the videos/forums I’ve read. I think I’m going to go doc race bottom mount single just to get away from the internal wastegate and extra oil/coolant lines.
Hi really sorry if this is a old video but if my flapper wouldn't shut all the way would it cause me to not make full boost? I'm only seeing 0.8 bar and no matter how much preload I out on my actuator arm it makes no difference. My car used to run 1.0 but its actually set up to run 1.8.its now stuck at 0.8.
