I'm just trying to get someone to email me back about a refund. I bought it 2 days ago and it's pretty much awful, honestly. Which surprises me because I love their RU-vid channel. Take it from me, the RU-vid channel has all the value, not the course.

One of my gutters is butted up against the roof and pine needles, leaves, and other debris buildup against the gutter edge that causes rainwater to follow along the soffit and in between the lower gutter and soffit.

I just built a roof pitch like this example. I knew it had to be piped from one gutter to a lower gutter. The cool thing that i learned from this video is that the gutter has to be held back from the valley a ways. 👍

What if the roof over hangs the gutter just enough so that you can’t fit the downspout into it? Would you run it onto the roof then or just add a whole other downspout for the top gutter?
