I have another video that shows a glitching screen on an Asus C200 Chromebook. Someone had asked how to remove the bezel on the thing so I made this video. The process is the same for most of the cheaper Chromebooks.
The bezel usually snaps on with little clips and it's just a matter of pulling it off somewhat carefully. There might be a couple screws to take off first - look under any stickers or bumpers along the bezel for a hidden screw.
If this is your personal laptop you might want to take these extra precautions:
1. Take the bottom cover off and unplug the battery
2. Make sure it's not plugged into AC Adapter
3. Do everything slowly
4. Work along the outer edges of the screen, not inside to keep from accidentally breaking the screen
