Every boat will always have a problem no matter what. I’m just glad it’s in a sail ready condition to get it back home!

Hey man just to let you know. I'll replace all my lights like that with LEDs. But I got them at Walmart. Automotive section. Instead of going through a boat store. You can actually go to a automotive place. And find replacements. However that's here in the USA.

Get LED bulbs / lights, otherwise you may drain your battery. WD40 makes some plastics expand. Can’t have too many anchors. Best have one you can deploy in a hurry. I could see an impossible tangle in your chain locker. Perhaps keep the small one at the stern. Have fun…multihulls are the best!

It's luxurious compared to Merakai. All that space and a galley and a nav station. I can see why you traded up. It look futuristic too.

Just remember you need a bigger anchor for a trimaran than you would for a mono-hull of the same length, that bigger claw anchor might be the right size for that boat, the plow anchor looks a bit small for that boat, ok for a picnick or stern anchor though.

This boat came standard with a 4kg I believe. It does have a bit more windage but less weight.

I've never meet anyone who's worried their anchor's too big, when at anchor in a blow, however worrying it's too small......well you know🤣

@@daveamies5031 it’s definitely too heavy to manually pull up every time. I think the standard fit out was a 4kg ish.

@@AlexGoesSailing My previous Tri was ~24 foot and had a 15 KG anchor as that was the recommended size, I didn't have a windlass, so always hand over hand, lifting the anchor weight is not that hard it's breaking it free when dug in, the trick is to use the boats buoyancy to break it free.

@@daveamies5031 follow sizing guidelines and information from the manufacturer a 15kg will hold 5ton in 50kts. The design is also important too.
