Fixing P28 ECU That Won't Prime 

hey i have the same ECU its socket and chip I bought that way. have it by a eletronics guy but he having trouble figure out the component that is bad for pin 7 (FLR output). when you out a heat gun on the ecu it primes the pump on switch II. Any input would be great. what is the cap location? i need help. thanks for help / reply

only time it will prime is if u warm it up with a blow dryer lol i have 4 of them that do it same issue

I turned on the engine check when I stopped to refuel. it lights up and does not go out, it stays on. I tried to make a diagnosis but the light stays on and does not make a diagnosis. I changed ecu and again the same. it does not turn on the petrol pump, nor do I have an ignition at the start. I decked the petrol relay and my pump is working. whenever the gas pump works. the distributor is functional what is the problem ??? all fuses are good

So you didn’t have to solder it in? I have the same issue takes like 7-10 minutes to prime

How did you convert the ecu ?
