I find it ironic my favorite Pokémon is Appletun and Alcremie, because they're legit Apples and Cream, which is a username I use often Gg Gen 8, Gg (Yeah ironic isn't a good word to use for this)
Well it looks like appleton FUSED with the apple when it evolved, so it being part apple turnover- with the strips of whatever on top being left over skin that was shed- and getting eaten whole is more likely than just the "skin" getting eaten. People AND Pokemon EAT Pokemon, a fact proven in the anime numerous times.
Appletun is clearly superior, if he uses, apple acid, recover, recycle sand iron defence. Just give him that one berry that boosts sp. def when he is hit by a special attack, and the ability ripen, will double it’s effect.

brad carver I wonder if Jesus actually had kids. I know Christian’s believe we’re all His children, but I’m wondering if He ever actually had any kids.
All the generational "pikachus" against each other (Pikachu, Pichu, Plusle, Minum, Squirrel thing, Emolga, whatever the kalos one was, togedasomthing, hangry hampster)
Appleton, because it’s just so cute, strong, and amazing all at the same time! (Also please do a form fight with all of the alcremes, because apple ton and alcreme are my two favorite Pokémon!)
My favorite is Flapple. Both for the great design that really makes it cute and also for the word-pun. I am all for a good word-pun! A Flapping Apple.... Like.. A Flapple!! Wonderful
I was really hoping Appletun's shiny would have either red or yellow skin as opposed to just the apple bits changing colour. It doesn't feel like much of a shiny since it has way fewer apple parts than Flapple. Also, don't know if anyone realized but Ripen also works for leftovers which is great w Appletun's bulk
This one is interesting; both of these Pokemon are in my Top 20 favorites of Generation 8. Appearance-wise, I think Flapple makes more sense as an evolution to Applin because the apple has broken open and fused with the worm, whereas Appletun's pie came out of nowhere and suddenly the dragon part is on the bottom. However, Appletun looks friendlier and I slightly prefer using special attackers over physical attackers because they don't have to worry about burns or Intimidate. I use Appletun on my "sweet shop" team along with Vanilluxe, Slurpuff, Tsareena, Polteageist, and Alcremie, but I don't have any use for Flapple yet. Side note: I really like that they've given us a worm-in-an-apple Pokemon because one of my favorite songs is "Bad Apple!" from Touhou Project.
If you think about it, or not if you prefer, it kind of implies that the apple applin was in was used to bake a pie and then evolved into Appletun instead. So design-wise it may not look as good as flapple, but it makes some sense
I actually hated Hustle as an ability originally and then realised Flapple’s Gigantimaxed move harshly lowers opponents Evasinvvness, meaning that Hustle is cancelled out entirely and it now has a free Choice band which is amazing
Just get thick fat Appletun EV train Defense and Special Defense throw weakness policy on and watch as flapple hits you with a dragon type move and your special attack raises and one shot it with Draco meteor
How does Metronome work when big? Does it become Max Guard? Max Strike? A Random Max Move? I know if her were to do this he would likely hack the mon so it's big form is it's default, but I'm still curious
The Chunky boy is my second favorite pokemon for a reason! Now, for the battle Royal of the Fossil Pokemon, Team Vish vs Team Zolt... though let's be real, my boy Dracozolt will be the single most powerful 'mon on the field.
@@ej-epicjourney5351 yeah but appltun is way bigger and evolving is supposed to make you bigger there probably some pokemon who become smaller when they evolve or don't change size but thats not as much as the ones who become bigger not saying you can't think that it makes sense too
My favorite Pokémon used to be wooper, but I hate the look of quagsire. This is a Pokémon that I like both the first and second evolution. And I love the shiny.
8:23 that's a fairy lock, yet klefki, the only pokemon that can learn it isn't in the game. Just how much code was copy and pasted from the 3DS games without being looked at?
@@ninjayoshi8020 Wyrms don't have appendages Flapple is a amphiptere, *no legs and wings with hands* and Appleton is a drake, having four appendages and no wings
@@ninjayoshi8020 well no, they have the dragon type but technically an actual dragon has 6 limbs. 4 legs (or 2 legs 2 arms) and a pair of wings Appletun is a dragon Flapple is a Amphithere
Personal choice/preference: I will choose Flapple because it looks cool and more draconic looking Practical choice: Appletun due to its HP, defense, and hidden ability.
Let me explain how applin's evolution works "The second The pokemon is born it burrows into a apple if the apple is sweet it will become a appltun but if the applin burrows into a tart apple the form it will take is flapple but if the apple is sour plain spicy etc the applin will not evolve explaining wild applin"
If im wrong, someone please correct me, but Flapple is 9 inches and Appletun is 1 foot tall. I honestly thought that these Pokemon would be a lot bigger.
