I recommend mixing a wide mix of our workout videos up and doing them most days of the week. Don't repeat the same one over & over - we have well over 100 to choose from & more added every day, take advantage of that!

I love that we are part of someone's "work detox" plan! That combo, of the "Calorie Blasting Cardio Boot Camp Workout" and this abs workout is a really great choice. Keep it up & thank you for watching!

Hi there! Belly fat loss takes a combination of different types of cardio, total body strength training, and a healthy diet. Notice I said total body strength training - you can't spot reduce fat. Strength training builds lean muscle that will help to boost your metabolism so that you burn more fat even while sitting on your bum. Hope this helps!

It's perfectly fine to stop when you need to. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, so move at the pace that challenges you, personally, taking breaks when you need to but being sure to push yourself just a tad bit out of your comfort zone each time.

For people who have tried many methods to get flat belly but haven't still got results yet, you can try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (should be on google have a look ). I've seen some amazing things about it! My sister *lost 3 inches off her belly, in over 3 weeks! She also lose about 10 pounds in first 2 week just by follow these exercises!*

You could do abs 3-4 (maybe even 5) times a week, as long as muscles aren't sore. I would mix it up with some of our other ab workouts, even if this one is your favorite (best to keep brain & muscles from getting bored!). After round one it felt like someone was twisting a knife in my stomach, during round 2 it felt like someone finally pulled out the knife but started squeezing lemon juice in the wound. RIP stomach

With a healthy & moderate diet, regular cardio and total body strength training, anywhere from 2-4 weeks. - 2 weeks until you start to feel & see very little differences & by 4 weeks the chances become more perceptible.

I felt ambitious after a 37 minute video of kickboxing and arm workout with no equipment due to no access of gym ( where I usually to my fitness blender but, it’s closed). I decided to to another shorter video and did this one. Wow, it fulfilled my expectations and got a sweat fest going. Thanks Kelly and Daniel.

A flat belly takes way more than just situps. A healthy diet, regular cardio, and building lean muscle mass are all important for a lower body fat %, which is what gives you a lean tum. Talk to your doctor if your back hurts (or before starting any workout routines, ever). You might like our 8 Week Fat Loss Program (for sale on our website).

Make sure to keep your body in line. Make sure that you don't let your shoulder creep up - press it down & away from your neck & with your forearm under your body & that may help. You could always do a similar motion against the wall to make it a lot easier.

I've done MANY of the fitness blender workouts and had a lot of trouble keeping up with Kelly on this one, she was going so fast! I do confess I don't work on my abs that much but this only made me want to try harder next time. Great video!

Thanks so much for all these videos! (This one in particular kicked my butt, but I made it all the way through!). I'm a really busy student who also works and volunteers, so I often end up doing the same workout routine for MONTHS just because I don't have time to put together a different one. Cardio most days of the week (mix it up with our many other HIITs for best results) and do strength training for the upper and lower body 2x/week each. Eat healthily and follow that plan and you will lose belly fat.

You will need cardio & diet changes as well (check out our HIIT workouts) but you can see a difference in as little as 2-3 weeks.

You can get results faster than 2-3 months if you do this in combo with our cardio (daily) and our strength training (3-4x/week).

I'm male and did this routine last week. Two days later, I felt some soreness in my abs and stomach and it took me a second to realize it was because of these exercises. Doing it again today and it is a lot easier already. It is suitable for anyone physically fit enough to do these exercises safely.

Especially if you just had a baby 9 months ago (that's not that long ago!) you're going to have to give your body & especially your tum time to change in response to the workouts that you're doing. You are seeing results, which means you are on the right track. Stick with it & those problem areas will catch up. You can't spot reduce, it takes overall fat loss. It may take up to 4 weeks to start noticing a difference in tone.

This is a very awesome workout. I've only begun a week and I'm seeing and feeling results. I have told a friend to try this workout. I hope to hear from her in a week. I'm using this video everyday with a one day break. I rate the #1 workout for me.

Total body strength training! And a variety of types of cardio...And, a healthy diet. There's no one exercise or training type that is a magic combo for any kind of fat on the body - and if someone tells you otherwise, run! Because they are likely trying to sell you something (that will inevitably not work).
