But one of my friends purchased villa, it has clear title and legally vetted by a approved lawyer of a Nationalised Bank and the Plan was also approved by the concerned authority. Now Hydera has demolished the same saying it is in Buffer Zone. Is it right to demolish the Approved Building? (Going to the court and getting justice will take so much time, instead that the loss should be recovered from the authorities who have given permission)

Govt have data about survey numbers of lakes, water bodies etc. 1.While registration of land/house govt need to block those suvey numbers then registration not possible 2.Even though builder misguiding bulding permision dept will block(by checking physical location). 3. Same for issueing loan on that property. 4.govt can take extra registration charges for physical verification 5.I thing Land titling act need to be applied here so that govt only will guarantee for respective property eith insurance ( which already running in 86 countries)

In Bengalore so many IT tech parks bulit on lakes with encroachments with govts approvals (this is one of the major reason we see a pathetic situation when there is more rain) and most of the tech parks owned by big big politicians. But at the end common people will suffer for sure...

Thanks for the info. one of the project is adjacent to a lake whose name is not there in the hdma lakes site. Later we came to know that the lake is under a different lake in hmda site whereas in Google maps and Google earth it has a different name. Also you can check in dharani site for the specific village for the affected survey nos.

rigistration department does not authenticate the owner of the land .It will also specify that it is nothing to do with the land details or verify such as disputed or occupied or allotted by govt. It only legalise the registration by collecting fee.Similarly minicipality,electricity dept etc.
