Also, the written recipe calls for 2-3 tablespoons of the Better than Bouillon garlic, but in the video he only uses 1 teaspoon. (He also uses half a lemon in the video but the written recipe calls for 1 lemon.) It's a little confusing. Maybe the written recipe can be updated?

Heavy whipping cream and "better than garlic" aren't listed, so i had to make an extra trip to the store to get those items when i watched the video.

That right there looks like something that would put me into a food coma. Envious of the folks that have access to fresh sweet gulf shrimp. I’m always disappointed in frozen but it’s what I have to use. Don’t forget the cream on the shopping list.
