Nice maiden! I had my elevator reversed on my maiden of this model and hand launched it. It was a bad day for me! Good job man!

Paint job was done with Krylon flat rattle can paints. The nose art was done by templates and masking tape sprayed with airbrush.

No! I had some thick wire from another FT kit that I ended up using to make the gear.

Sorry for the very late reply! I did not get a youtube notification for your comment. Anyhow I made the landing gear out of some left over wire I had. It does not come in the speed build kit nor does any instructions that even depicts how to do it.
