Flooded Basement Drowned Water Heater (Part 2 of 3) 

After massive rainfall this week we got a lot of flooded basements and water heater calls. This video shows a flooded basement (thats all ready been drained) and a flooded/drowned water heater. Most of these basements had sump pumps that were not in good working condition. This is the dry out and restart procedure. Ps: We're learning this RU-vid thing, part one of three.
